This allows for flexibility for those who are comfortable using the facilities without further guidance.

However, it’s important to note that all Junior members are required to undergo an induction before they can use the gym facilities. This policy ensures that they receive the necessary instruction on how to safely and effectively operate the gym equipment. The Junior membership is designed to prioritise the safety and well-being of younger members, which is why an induction session is mandatory for them.

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to hear that your induction was not conducted in full and you were not satisfied once this came to an end. We provide inductions so our customers are aware of how the equipment functions in the Gym so they can have a productive workout and prevent injury whilst using the equipment. We apologise if this was not the case for you.

We would like to arrange another induction for you at a time which is convenient for you. Please respond back to let us know if this is something you would like to take up and I can reach out to the centre manager to get in touch with you to arrange this.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the charge for the lockers in the wet area of our facilities. This fee is implemented to support the maintenance of the lockers, ensuring that our customers can securely store their belongings while utilising our facilities.

Thank you for your review.

As a member you have access to seven days advance booking, wereas non-members can only book 5 days in advance.

We would recommend putting yourself on the waiting list if when you first check there are no spaces, as more often than not people will cancel during the week and then their spaces are released for other customers to book.

We also operate a non-attendance and a late cancellation fee so if any customer books a class and then does not show up or cancels less than four hours before the class is due to begin they will incur a penalty. This has been put in place to ensure customers are not booking and taking slots when other customers would like to book.
