I bought a knife type needle file for cutting a stripped screw out of my laptop's fan compartment that prevented me from being able to clean it. In this scenario the file did a perfect job first cutting through the metal plates to get to the screw and then was able to cut through the screw itself. It proved to be excellent for working with computer parts.

Ordering was easy and delivery was fairly quick. I did call though after noticing that my order was still in the processing mode 4 days after ordering it. The person I spoke to told me that the order had been shipped. I received it the next day.
