Best Dentist in Havering
I have been a patient at Best Health since it opened and I can honestly say it is the best dentist surgery I have ever attended. Ayesha is the most caring kind and gentle dentist who genuinely listens to you and your concerns and never tries to push you into anything you are not comfortable with. The staff here are all very friendly and professional. If you are hesitating - DONT! Ayesha and her team will take good care of you.

Really would never go back to this dentist
Really would never go back to this place. To start, did not receive a warm welcome from The receptionists very very unfriendly they had really miserable faces, very unfriendly towards me. She was more interested in chatting in hushed tones with her colleague than me. The waiting area was very cold. I waited 15 minutes past my time. Which made me late to my other appointments for the day.
There is a really damp horrible patch in the celling, that you have to look at when you are in the chair so that’s not nice. It is most unpleasant.
I am not happy with the dentists attitude and her prognosis . I’m 38 with perfectly straight, white teeth and no fillings - that’s practically unheard of. I was so upset about what she said to me. I went a few days later to the dental hospital to have it confirmed that I DO NOT have the problem she said I had! She was also not friendly at all towards me.
I will be returning to my original dentist - yes they charge more money, but I trust them and they always give me a warm friendly welcome.
I would never recommend or come back to this place.
I have since been back to my original dentist who has confirmed I DO NOT have the problem the dentists said I had. I was seen by your hygienist and your dentist, yes. But I do NOT agree with your decision. As stated I am 38, have NO filling, NO bleeding gums, NO problems with my gums. I am very very disappointed with the service I received and disappointed I wasted money with your practice.
I should have been made to feel welcome and at ease as a new client, but was not, I am very used to visiting dental and medical practices and know I was not treated and welcomed in the way I should have been. You say your staff member was in training!? Surly I should have been shown an even bigger welcome to show her how to treat a client. I also feel very unhappy I spent money at this practice as I have now had to pay to go back to my original dentist. So I have paid twice. I Very very upset about the whole thing and have not had so much as an apology from this practice.

We are sorry that you are feeling this way about your experience with us. We take pride in offering excellent customer service. We apologise if the dentist was running late on the day, this can sometimes happen if treatments take longer than expected and we always try and treat our patients who are in pain promptly.
Our reception staff is dedicated to providing the best patient experience. At the moment the receptionist is training a new member of staff and was discussing policies and procedures with her.
You have been seen by two clinicians at our practice, who have both confirmed your diagnosis. We take treating our patients seriously and always act with morals and ethics.
Kerry is the best hygienist ever
