They give minimal information on the book, it's very easy to mistakingly buy an access code instead of a real text book. It does not state what website the access code is for either. When you receive it, in order for you to even see what you purchased, you need to remove the shrink wrap, which automatically disallows you to return the item once you realize you can't even access the book. I wasted $90 on an access code thinking it was a text book. So disappointed and I can't even exchanged or get my money back.

I ordered 2 books of the sun eater series in hardcover that were never shipped to me. This purchase made me decide to buy the remaining books in the series in hardcover from a different website. Now I don't have the complete set in hardcover and they are not available anywhere to purchase unless I want to spend a few hundred dollars on ebay.

I have written many emails, and have not received a single response. I never received my order.

Waited a week had to go digging to find out that my order was cancelled with no notification or explanation.

Book was received as indicated. Used book in overall excellent condition with no markings or highlighting.

Why was the book listed if you don't have it?

they stated my order shipped, then cancelled my order and weeks later still have not told me! I only found out by clicking on order status! horrible service!

They list books that are clearly out of stock, buyer beware.

They are scammed me, I bought a book, I never received. When I checked my order status, it was not in my purchase list, my card was charged, very bad experience.

Besides the weather delaying shipping, I had a great experience! This was my first time using this website too!
