Hersteller hat selbst kein Vertrauen zum Produkt
Nach Bestellung und Lieferung eines wasserdichten Bags wird eine Garantieverlängerung auf 3 Jahre angeboten. Voraussetzung ist eine Registrierung und Zustimmung zum Erhalt von Werbemails (abbestellbar). Das ist schon äußerst zweifelhaft.
Nach Registrierung erhält man eine Bestätigungsmail mit folgendem Inhalt:
"Ihre verlängerte Garantiezeit (3 Jahre für Bags und Travelcover, ausgenommen wasserdichte Bags und Travelcover, ....."
Dass die Garantieverlängerung auch ohne Anmeldung zum Newsletter für 35.- Euro angeboten wird, setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf.
Man kann also davon ausgehen, dass BigMax selbst die Dichtigkeit nicht auf 3 Jahre Haltbarkeit ausgelegt hat. Das sollte man bei einem Kauf berücksichtigen.
Deswegen 2 Sterne Abzug, für ein ansonsten wertig aussehendes Produkt.

Avoid the Big Max IQ 360 trolley
Bought Big Max IQ 360 trolley and now it is winter and I'm playing on a heavy clay soil course I find that the mud just sticks between the front wheel and its mudguard. The mud has to be pushed out with a stick twice (yes, twice) per hole to keep the wheels turning. Hopeless design flaw and Big Max just telling me to buy their winter wheel, which doesn't even seem to be available on their website!

Purchased a Big Max Nano electric golf …
Purchased a Big Max Nano electric golf trolley which has been nothing but trouble. It has already been back for repair 3 times, last time it had to be returned to Austria to be repaired. Each time has taken 8-12 weeks on average. Once again the trolley is now faulty. Have given up and will be taking action to get a refund for this "not fit for purpose" product.
