Its been over two weeks and still nothing. The tracking still says "local courier" the way it has for over a week. No word from Biker forward, no updates, silence.

THANK YOU TO ALL REVIEWS - I’ve avoided another scam. Why? Why do Social Media allow those scammers on their platforms.

100% SCAM. Ordered motorcycle gloves and was even sent tracking info that never updated. Asked for a refund and was sent another link stating "Your item has shipped." I clicked on that and it was a Jersey I didn't order.

I ordered my jacket 5 weeks ago and still no delivery. I told them to cancel my order after the 3rd week of waiting and they said it was shipped but It’s still not here. Im regretting this purchase.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR E-COMMERCE FRAUD!!!

I'm a 2XL so to be safe i ordered a 3XL and it fit like a medium. The company is in china and it took a whole month for ot to get here. Their return policy is to only refund you 50% if it's not their fault. They know the sizing issue and that this is a total scam. I had to give the $320 coat away to my step son rather than take a $160 loss just for their sizing issue.

I ordered a pair of pants from this company. It took forever. I was making payments through another app when I finally received the item. It was a jacket that was three times too big for me immediately contacted them. I received my emails back with Daemons. I finally did get a response from them asking me what size the jacket was. I told him it was 3 Large —-Way too big for me. I wanted pants! Yesterday. I received an email saying they would offer me 50% of my money back because they had a fire in their warehouse honestly I think my dog could come up with a better story. I’m furious. I was ripped off. do not purchase anything from them.

I placed an order for a leather jacket on November 7th and it has not arrived as of today. When I placed the order, I wasn't aware that it was coming from China and as such expect that if it ever does arrive, it will be way to small based on other customer complaints. I have contact biker forward a half dozen times and the only response I get is that the item is in transit. It supposedly arrived at a facility located approximately one hour from my home on November 27th. It's been 7 days now since the last update. All I can say is this company is a total scam and I'm out $ 282.00

I ordered a $200 leather jacket in my size of Large, but when it finally arrived it was so small I couldn’t even button it, but since I otherwise liked the coat, I first asked if I could exchange it - but they said that they could not accept returns now because of a warehouse fire(?), and gave the same excuse when I asked for a refund. “Warehouse fire, unable to accept returns”. He did offer me an alternative solution however. He said that I could just give the jacket to a family member or friend, and they would give me a 50% discount on my next purchase, so in effect I would be buying the same jacket in an XL - because there was nothing else in the store that I wanted - for $300 instead of $200, and like, where do I sign up for that - but that ain’t the best part. I happened to start looking at their reviews in-between emails, and I saw a previous review that sounded almost exactly like mine, with the one exception being a warehouse flood instead of a warehouse fire. Maybe if the warehouse fire would have happened before the warehouse flood the flood would have put the fire out and we would have been able to return/exchange or items. How do these scammers get away with this CRAP?? (NM, I know how - stupid people like me😡)

I only gave them a star because that was the only option in order to leave a review. I placed an order, order was confirmed and later received an email stating that the product wasn't available and to reply to the email stating whether or not I wanted a refund or another product. After replying, I get an "undeliverable" notice. I tried calling the phone number provided, and the number doesn't work. Like many of you, I wish I had read the reviews first. Now to call the bank and cancel the transaction.

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM, NO ACCOUNTABILITY

The jacket itself is a nice jacket. It has nice leather. Shipping was sucky!!! it took 17 days to get my order. Getting back to the jacket. I wear a mens Large in everything and ordered this in an XL. It was more like a medium!!! If you want this jacket, order it 3 sizes bigger. I would have needed a 4X at least. I gave the jacket to my youngest daughter and ordered from Milwaukee Leathers. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Item never shipped on time, tried to tell me I could not get a refund, poor quality products. Buyer beware. This is not a good company to order anything from. Stay away

They claimed to provide refunds, but have not honored the request. The jacket I ordered doesn’t fit and is made of very cheap material. They keep sending an AI generated message when I try to contact customer service.

Had my wife measure me by their specifications, it showed I needed a 5X.
When it came, I couldn't slide my one arm into the jacket, like it was a size small.
I sent a text back, saying it didn't fit and way to small.
Biker Forward sent a text back and asked if I had tried it on.
I then asked in another text, for the address and for a return authorization number.
Biker Forward sent back another text that they had floods in their warehouse and not to return it for awhile.
You can not contact customer service by phone.
Better business bureau needs to be contacted.
This company is a SCAM.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Your basically ordering from a unresponsive temu. Customer service is what you would expect from China. Shipping was over a week after purchase and item wont be here in time for its intended use. I doubt a refund is forthcoming.

I ordered a leather coat. What I got was a cheap looking pleather coat. Complete deception and fraud this company. Do not do business with this company. They will take half the price of the order to take the return. Complete SCAM!

Their customer service is horrendous! They sent the wrong size, but won't admit to or correct their mistake even after I sent photos & told them I double checked the size. They're attempting to argue with me for some reason, saying "This is the jacket you ordered We didn't send the wrong goods". After waiting about two weeks for my jacket to arrive, this is the last thing I want to deal with. How irresponsible, they won't even admit that their sizes don't reflect the description and/or that their product is mislabeled. Either way, it's definitively not an extra small, like I ordered. I hope I can get my money back, because so far this experience is very sketchy...

I ordered a kidney belt from Biker Forward in a Large/XLarge, which was the largest size offered. I wear a Large or XLarge in shirts, jackets and sweatshirts, so it should have been fine, maybe even a little big. WRONG. It took a month to get here and is WAY too small. It wouldn't even make it as a Medium, it barely fits my wife, who is pretty small.
To make matters worse their return policy is ridiculous and makes throwing the damn thing out the only reasonable thing to do.

J'ai commandé des manchettes de vélo de taille Médium et j'ai reçu celles-ci après 3 semaines. Clairement, le colis provenait de la Chine.... La grandeur est tellement petite que ça irait pour un enfant. Je leur ai écrit et ils m'ont dit que je devais payer les frais de retour et en plus, payer un frais de restockage de 15%. Je leur ai expliqué que la grandeur était incorrect et qu'il devrait au moins m'enlever les frais de 15%. Ils ne me répondent pas... Évitez à tout prix de faire affaire avec eux, ils sont de mauvaise foi et tout ce que vous aurez, ce sont des problèmes et vous perdrez votre argent. Je ne comprends pas qu'ils soient toujours en affaire....
