Maryam was excellent
Maryam was excellent, diligent with her enquiries and was super flexible with my constant travel and time zone changes.
Previous experience with solicitors has been awful so Maryam’s approach was a breath of fresh air!

Helpful and Supportive
Selling my late Mum's house was very difficult for me, it was a long journey, emotional, stressful and, at times, almost unbearable. I was very grateful to the staff at Birchall Blackburn and in particular Shakira and Anna for their understanding and support throughout. I felt that they understood me and did all they could to help. They often phoned me instead of emailing and I found that personal connection really invaluable. Just completed a purchase for my first house with Maryam and Nick. The whole process was simple, easy and smooth. Everything was completed within 2 months and received keys. Drawn out nightmarish ordeal.
We were buying our home (chain free) from our landlord.
the mortgage was in place in October 25 it took 6 months waiting on them before we could complete.
They had been recommended by the halifax as one of the 3 they use we have since recommended to halifax to not recommend this company any more.
communication from them was dire.
information you give them is ignored i lost count on the number of times we had to tell them we are not in a chain.
for them to do anything takes them a month of sundays.
Not a company i could or would recommend.

Remortgage
There was delay with my remortgaging, coming from the lender's but BB Legal was very , committed and concerned. Ryk Williams and his team was great. Honestly, I am not sure I have met a hardworking lawyer like Ryk. He was very dedicated.
