Birthday in a Box Avaliações 

Tried multiple times to contact company no response. I ordered a total of 4 packs of 20 count monster jam napkins and received 4 packs of 16 count napkins..
False advertisement if you could please send me another pack of napkins.

I have emailed the company regarding some missing items & no reply from them! The products are good but just upset that after I placed a big order only some items came in.

Excellent quality, great prices and delivery time!

I'm missing three plush elephants from my order. I tired to call and email about them and have yet to get a response. The plastic utensils were 3 different shades of pink which wasn't a huge deal but still odd to me. The rest of the order was exactly what I wanted.

Very, very happy with my purchase! This was the only site I was able to find Bubble Guppies items for my son’s birthday party, and they were all at a great price! Not to mention-at first I wasn’t sure how legit this site was since I had never heard of this site before. However I had no issues whatsoever and all of my items I ordered were exactly what I wanted. Definitely 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Order had missing items and one item I didn’t even order still have not heard back from customer service. Won’t use them again

Two items ordered not shipped though I was charged

I have used this company before with no issues, however, I placed an order which arrived and was missing items. There was no contact information for customer service besides an email. I sent 2 emails with no reply from the company. I was charged for the items and no one is contacting me in regards to my issue. This is surely poor customer service.

Excellent! Such great prices and package came quicker than expected! 😊

All in all will be purchasing again. The prices are beyond reasonable and after receiving my package the quality is much better than i originally thought it would be. The only thing was i didn’t necessarily get everything on my list that i had purchased. Although i did receive one thing i did not purchase, but i cannot use it as the theme is halloween for my sons birthday party , (3 &5) and the item i did not purchase was cocomelon table set . :(

I didn't receive what I ordered. I tried reaching out and no one has gotten back to me. This experience was horrible. I will never order from this place and I will tell others to never order from here.

So far 3 stars because even though the delivery was fast and items were as pictured, I didn’t receive some items. I was charged for them and sent an email because the phone number doesn’t work and haven’t heard back.

I found exactly what I was looking for, the price was good and I received it 2 days earlier than expected. Very Happy!

I would gave 5 stars but I gave them a 1 star because I was missing an item from my order, which was a big blue foil number 6 Ballon for my sons birthday party. I tried calling but phone number never rang in, I emailed them but got no response and I also sent them a message on Facebook and they read my message and still have not heard back from them. I also did not get refunded back the 3.75 to my card. So they lost my confidence in them and will never do business with them again.
