i have a firmware rootkit or bootkit on my computer and smartphone
with carrieriq adups, pegsus skygofree and capabilities

and blackberry even after sending logs, screen captures, movies

cpu 73° battery 45° without launched apps, some core disabled, anormal cpu workflow, gps spoofing, cell id spoofing......activate or disable wifi bluetooth nfc remotely, the brightness, modificate files permissions.....

so many evidences you can' t deny even if you are a noob in it security.....

the only thing they do is nothing...... and then they do nothing else.....

you pay for a blackberry motion with dtek60 and there is no support at all.......;

the only thing they adviced me on facebook is : give back your smartphone to amazon.fr.......

if you have a security issue , they ask you to be REFUND AND FORGET

no repair, no support just bye bye.....

I started with BlackBerry Z10 in 2013 as my daughter kept going on about it, and I was like re-living in my head the nightmares of hers when she had a Curve one, we had to then contact Vodafone for repair then they sent out a refurbished one to her cos they'd not repair it.
Lastly she thought that was it she got rid of it, and we both about 3 years later opted for a Z30.
Her white one ended in the toilet we tried to revive it then we took it for repair in local shop in Ipswich, that worked for just over 3 months and that was dead water damaged then faulty chip, forget it.
Mine the actually chip burnt out but hell it lasted me for almost 3 years, and at no cost EE replaced it round late 2015 for a Leap, which still works.
I then replaced that Z10 with another Z10, and stay close cos I replaced a Lumia with a Z30 which is the phone I'm using to type all this out and whenever I post reviews on Trustpilot.
The Z30 had a little problem with the inner speaker attached inside the phone, so I sent it out about two years ago to Elite phones for repair and yep regardless bad reviews those guys did a grand job and now it works like a champ.
Right now I'm tempted to buy either a Keyone or a Motion one can't quite make my mind up but you know what perhaps within six months will make a decision, no rush and wait for price slash!
Yep I was won over thanks to my daughter!

Technical support is not more present........

Worst after sales service ever poor quality phones since outsourcing to tct. Online tech help haven't got a clue as nothing works the way they tell you. And this phone is only a month old and been used 5 times. £399down the drain, will be taking legal action against them

Bought a black passport 3 years ago and still using it, then bought a red for a 2nd phone and bought family 2 sliver ones recently. Faultless, slick, endless battery power, easy to navigate, faster than my laptop on the internet and easy to type up letters and documents. Runs spotify and whatsapp and telegram and all the rest.

Terrible technical support. I am using BB for 10 years and the first time I had to talk with the Technical support they simply can't solve my problem. Waiting for a new phone for more than a month and they are making me pay for a new phone even though the problem was under the warranty. They said I had a small crack on the screen so they have to charge for the entire phone. The phone was working for 9 months with that small crack and the biggest problem wasn't related with the crack.

Quite possibly the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am certain that the same individual answers the phone for: 1-866-957-0761. The man sounds as if he is reading from a script which he cannot deviate from to answer customer questions, issues or complaints. He is also slow with responses and unable to help in any way. I decided to have my new Blackberry Priv returned back to Blackberry. They are lacking in customer service and I will go elsewhere with my business.

I bought a mobile phone in 12 days ago. After that now its making some trouble. I am contact support team about this matter and they are not help me.

I have Blackberry Z10 white and I really enjoy it! It has an original design, cool operation system, makes awesome pictures! <3 Blackberry!

the most frustrating customer service experience ever!! bought a brand new blackberry leap phone from uk blackberry shop. found out the screen was damaged on delivery.contacted customer service for replacement device. they agreed to sent it in 2-3 working days.but it never arrived.after a week requested refund.refund was agreed but the returning label is not sent to me yet. everytime time i call customer service they put me on hold for more than half hour.there is no co-ordination among customer service representatives.its been a month and they still havent solved the issue.
i ordered the phone from uk blackberry shop,but it got diverted automatically to blackberry eu shop and the phone arrived from slovakia through thier reseller digitalriver.every time i write to customer service or call them they are giving slovakian toll free no to contact?? the process is so complicated.and no body is taking responsibility.my money is held up with them and am still waiting for thier e-label to return the device.

I have yet used different phones and switched from my BlackBerry Z10 to a Passport in October and I'm loving it, I wouldn't want any other phone, there's no better OS than OS10 for messaging and surfing and the Passport battery is durable so that I don't need to charge daily. Thanks BlackBerry for releasing such a great device!

I love my Z10 and recommend it for everyone who need a perfect overview over his activity and needs to organize his communication.

i been a blackberry user for over 9 years i had any kind of blackberry out there. i tried to swap to apple iphone but its nothing to compare to the blackberry OS. then i tried android phone but always find my self go back to blackberry i just start using the new blackberry Q10 and the phone is simply amazing. the phone OS is fast and reliable unlike android and apple iphone. BLACKBERRY FOR LIFE!
