Ally the Maintenance Manager was an amazing help with co-ordinating some of the issues we've had with appliances and safety issues in our apartment. She responded promptly to my emails and was happy to chase our landlord and contractors! Very happy with our communication!

Molly and her team are incredible and so helpful. Molly has gone above and beyond to fight out corner (without us even knowing) and liaised with our landlord until they came to an agreement that was affordable for all parties, which then enabled us to stay in our property when our landlord wanted to sell at short notice and we were frantically looking for a new home. I have rented over 20 properties and I have never encountered someone with such great communication, who is also friendly and really looks after us. The team were fantastic! We were beginning to loose hope on finding somewhere but black Katz pulled through! The team of Tom, Johnny and Aiden were amazing in getting everything sorted!

I've been renting with this agency for 6+ years now and while it started off good there were definitely quite a few issues along the way.. Most was due to a particularly difficult landlord, but the agents we had back in the day were also lacking basic communication skills and just seemed uninterested in helping.

However in the last year or so there seem to have been a few changes in their management teams and all the newly appointed people we've dealt with since have been quite helpful. Most of all we're grateful for having Tehya appointed as our maintenance agent at the time because our experience completely changed since dealing with her! She's incredibly friendly and kind, she really makes you feel understood and leaves you with the impression that she's taking your issues to heart. And what's more - she actually acts on it, keeps her word, gets back to you when she says she would, does what she needs to do without having to be chased up, goes the extra mile in trying to help you & never leaves you feeling like you're in the dark or lacking support.

Thanks to Tehya all the maintenances issues and general enquiries we had since she took over were sorted out smoothly and quickly & that included some unusual situations and changes of circumstances in our letting that would have been a nightmare to deal with if not for her help. Despite the fact our landlord just let us know he'll be selling the property after all, she saw everything through right to the end and even gave us guidance on finding another property in the near future. And because of her I'd confidently continue renting with BlackKatz as I have faith the company is moving in the right direction.

I truly hope more people like her join the team and they are all appreciated and recognized for their work ethic and general human decency! Thank you 🙏
