Tried the article on in the shop for size and required a different colour , so ordered and paid for the coat in store in the Hull store . Reduced in the sale to £22 including home delivery, everything went very well and will definitely use this system again .

Replacement walking shoes…
I entered the Blacks store in Hull,to just check out the range of walking shoes and was helped by a very courteous assistant (006) and I walked out with a replacement pair of walking shoes to replace the pair I had nearly worn out.

Walking kit for holiday
I had quite a few items to purchase at blacks and Ethan was helpful and gave me the time and assistance to pick the walking items I needed for my holiday. I now much prefer shopping in a store than online especially when the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store

Bought a berghaus light weight fleece full zip, the staff are very good and pleasant and made the shopping experience most enjoyable, would recommend this place and definitely call back in.

Excellent service
Sophie was so helpful in helping me buy a berghaus tent and sleeping bag even keeping the tent for me overnight as I couldn’t collect it while the next day. Even when I decided the next day I wanted a slightly bigger sleeping bag it was no problem to exchange it. Great service and great product.

Really good experience
Really good experience, I went into the store to buy an OL1 map. They didn't have any in so I asked the staff who suggested to buy it online from them in store who delivered it for free to my house. Great service!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, Sonia helped find a jacket in my size & Josh was incredibly helpful in processing the payment/arranging delivery. The delivery arrived very promptly.
