Great place
I was left to look around in my own time and then Ethan politely asked if I needed any assistance to which I did. We got in some conversation and he helped me find the best of what I need. Will be back soon

First Class Service
I came in with a decent idea of what I was needing. All the staff were extremely friendly and Josh, who dealt with me, was competent, knowledgeable and more than happy to acknowledge a price match for the Craghoppers items I bought. Will certainly return, to replace my Berghaus coat.

This is a clearly laid out shop…
This is a clearly laid out shop stocking all the outdoor clothing you could possibly need. The staff are lovely, I was assisted by Sonya who was knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. I urge everyone to take advantage of their high street and in particular to support this Blacks store.

My wife and I were served by two young ladies who were cheerful , well informed and kind . Blacks Hull city centre is an excellent shop .

Great customer service
After picking the brains of Gavin in the St Paul's Cathedral store, I returned home and visited the Hull store to make a purchase. Josh must've had around 12 pairs out for me to try, even letting me try an insole. I finally found a pair that felt like slippers and Josh patiently and politely found the same pair in a more preferred colour online to be delivered to my house.

Excellent service today! Purchased two very reasonably priced men’s fleeces. Wasn’t sure of the correct size for my husband so I asked for assistance. Josh tried several on for me so I was able to see how they looked. Because of this excellent service I bought two. Thanks Josh!
