Good service, lovely flowers.

Delivery quick and efficient, but artificial berry stems ordered were rather loose in the box and a couple of dozen berries had come off the stems. Not quite the quality of previous berry stems as these are polystyrene and, therefore, full of static when loose. However, for church flower arrangements at Christmas time they will suffice, and they are sale items. The rosehip stems I really wanted were sold out.

Fontaine collection flowers were lovely but unfortunately vase was shattered on arrival. Replacement vase was sent quite quickly and arrived safely. Quite satisfied with service.

I ordered the set of small decorative brown bears, based on the photo in the catalog. When they arrived, I was amazed at how beautiful they were. Each bear has a unique facial expression, and the fur is super soft. I can recommend this company based on my one time very positive experience.

Lovely items but arrived damaged in transit. After some difficulty contacting customer services ( hence only 4 stars) they were speedily replaced.

I’ve had a number of faux flower arrangements from Bloom, and they are always good quality. This arrangement was expensive but you get what you pay for and they certainly last and with a gentle dust every few weeks look fantastic.

Kept well informed by the company as to when my parcel would arrive. It was all well packaged especially as it was 12 beautiful glasses.

Beautiful items but please please please use a different courier. Ervi delivered the item to the wrong address and the box was saturated because it was left out in the rain. This is the second time in a week they have delivered to the incorrect address for me but different houses on both occasions!?

The parcel was very wet, due to the rainy day I guess, and some of the contents were a bit squashed: the battery case on one item was cracked, and on another item a lot of berries from faux berry stems had fallen off due to squashing. It wasn’t bad enough for me to be bothered to return these items, as I’ve had similar experiences before with this delivery company. The quality of the items was excellent; the care of the parcel was not.

Most products I ordered were as expected. I would award 5stars but for the prices - even in the sale they are expensive compared to retail in shop purchases.

My order arrived this morning - beautifully packed. It's a really lovely arrangement, looks so much better than in the book, and it looked good there.

My order, which was supposed to be Christmas presents, didn't arrive before Christmas. After Christmas, I received an email to let me know that my items had been damaged in transit and couldn't be delivered. After trying to track my order and several emails to Customer Services, I was starting to lose faith. I finally was promised that my items would arrive by 8th of January, but I didn't receive them until 11th of January. Honestly, it's been a most disappointing and frustrating experience!

Paid for express delivery and kept notified every step of the way. Very happy with my purchase too!!

I ordered the flowers on the 31st of December and they arrived today. The 10th of January!!
As they were sent as a condolence gift, I was embarrassed by the length of time it took for them to arrive.
Not a company that I would use for quick delivery.
The flowers were, however, exactly as described and my friend was delighted to receive them.
