Arrived promptly. Well packaged and without plastic or polystyrene.

The item I ordered came when expected but was badly packed in the box, movement of goods inside made holes in the box it was packed in, although luckily nothing was damaged and I loved the metal tree I ordered.

I really love this, it’s very pretty. I thought it was unusual as I’ve never seen anything quite like this. I have tweaked & dressed it out a bit as the stems are bendy. I have a lot of natural plants too & my husband thought this was real!

Good customer service from Bloom, it is just the courier that looses orders then it costs the supplier to replace it which they did.

Whilst the initial delivery had a problem with a missing Rose which was integral to the Garland their response to getting this right was commendable, a new garland was despatched the same day, they also checked prior to despatch that the garland did have the Rose fitted accordingly

Very impressed with the quality of the 4 ft potted grass that I purchased but dreadfully unimpressed with the awful c0ckups made by the courier Evri / Hermes...
This equals a middling experience.

This was a bit disappointing as the diffuser stopped working after the 1st time and then few days later started up again. There is black flaking appearing from inside of the vase when you lift it. I contacted customer service to report the faulty item and received a standard generic email about refunds and returns which is highly disappointing. There were no specific instructions about what they will do in relation to a faulty product. So not happy on both accounts!

I like Bloom because they often have different items such as the red velvet bird boxes,birds and shell objects as well as lovely artificial flowers. Their 3 for the price of 2 offers are good value.

I have several items from Bloom, all excellent. My latest purchase was the Spring Bouquet. It is lovely, the flowers and twigs are very realistic., exactly as I hoped.
The BUT relates to the Evri delivery. I paid extra for the next day delivery service. It didn’t happen, admittedly it was only one day late but if I pay for next day delivery. I expect day delivery.
Evri are letting you down Bloom.

Very pleased with product, but unfortunately was let down a bit by big delay in delivery. In the end had to reorder, BUT company personnel were very helpful and I would certainly use them again.
