Things have changed here…
I have bought many times from Bloom over the years. Up until recently, the quality of the goods and the service have been excellent and I have written 5* reviews. However, things have changed.
Two of three orders over as many weeks have not been delivered. I was told that the first, a tree, was awaiting dispatch, only for the order to be abruptly cancelled shortly after.
In the second case, I ordered an arrangement on next day delivery but heard nothing further. I rang customer services (7p per minute call) to be initially told they don’t offer next day delivery, then that the order timing was too close to the cut off time (it was 15 minutes before it) and, finally, that the order, once again, hadn’t been dispatched.
I gather the company has changed hands, but there is no excuse for such an appalling lack of communication, misinformation or shoddy customer service. Staff are clearly poorly trained and, although they try to help, seem to be stabbing around in the dark and have little idea of how their processes should work or how to respond to customers’ expectations.
It’s such a shame.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, almost impossible to work out what company is behind Bloom. The latest orchid I bought fell apart upon opening in April and I'm still trying to get this addressed.
Cheap rubbish.
I would never recommend anyone buy from this company, how they still exist in business astounds me.
No customer service, I paid £9.95 for nextcworking day delivery. I need not have bothered. I irdered on Saturday but arrangement did not arrive until the following Wednesday. I emailed customer service asking why I paid £9.95 and still waiting for a reply or even acknowledgement. When I duly opened the parcel a very huge box I may add, with much packing, and I honestly thought I had been sent the wrong item, it was two tiny boxes inside the huge delivery box, This tiny plastic arrangement cost me £59 it is tiny and there is an equally tiny milk jug type vase to put the plastic arrangement in. I see today on their website it is reduced to £39. I am utterly disgusted with this purchase and won't ever have another. I cannot move around easily so when I return it will have to be picked up from my house. If I saw the same arrangement in real time I would walk right past it. Disgustingly cheap looking and very overpriced.

I want to share my experience with BLOOM. On December 4, 2023, I purchased some flowers from them for £58. However, because the flowers were very large, I decided to return them. On December 13, I made the return to BLOOM, and a few days later, I received a message from them saying they were sorry my package had been returned to them.
I immediately wrote them an email informing them that I was the sender of the return and requested a refund. I have contacted them countless times, asking for my money back, as they now have both my money and the returned products. It's unfortunate because they have wonderful products but their customer service is abysmal. I still have not received my money.
Not happy
I ordered a display for £50 and received only 1 flower on 26/04/2024. I presumed I would contact them & everything would be simple & I would get my order but it has been anything but. I have sent 4 e’mails to bloom, none of them were answered. I sent e’mails through ‘scots of stow’, someone did leave a voicemail stating they would look into it and phone me back, nobody phoned. I only got a reply from scots of stow instagram page & was informed there was an IT problem and it would be sent out when this was sorted. Still didn’t receive or hear anything. Sent another e’mail to scots of stow, was told my order was being processed and it takes 10 days for delivery, so was told to contact them again after 24/05/2024. So its 10 days today, still no e’mails or parcel. Absolutely awful customer service and its now coming up to a month since I should have received my order. I have now sent an e’mail requesting a refund, awaiting a response, don’t know how long that will take. Not impressed.
Customer service non existent
Customer service non existent, placed order on 25th April and the only thing I’ve heard from Bloom is receiving an automatically generated email. Emailed on 4th May, no reply, called (Premium Rate number) on 7th May to be told some items damaged in transit between warehouses, no apology and was reassured (by call center) that all but would all be ok and order would be dispatched by the end of the week. I pointed out they’d had my money for almost 3 weeks. Then NOTHING! No sign of order. Further email sent and no reply. Raising dispute with bank as I’m not paying to speak to anyone or chasing again! Will not be using again and wish I’d seen reviews here prior to ordering.
Costly experience
Ordered 2 items. Money taken from my account even although 1 item was not available. Second item was incorrect and had to be returned. I asked for the £6.95 to be refunded but alas no. This has left me nearly £10 out of pocket. It was my first and last experience of using Bloom.
Bloom's customer service ignore emails and are patronising and unhelpful if you telephone for help.
Placed an order for a not inconsiderable amount.
Told by email from Bloom 4 days later that it had been despatched.
The courier was Evri.
On th 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th had emails from Eriv saying that even though it had been out for delivery they could not now deliver. Would try again tomorrow.
By the 15th with no further updates from Ervi I raised a complaint with ervi's support team. Apart from an email to say they had raised an enquiry I heard nothing further.I sent an email to Blooms help centre which was not respnded to. 2 Days later I re -contacted Blooms, by email,to ask for help but then decided to telephone as the frustration was intolerable.
They disputed the amount of times Evri claimed to have tried to deliver as they would have only tried 3 times before returning it to sender. they claimed. I asked Blooms to contact Evri and get them to return it Blooms and refund me. A very surly and patronising customer services man told me I would have to wait until they received the return before refunding me.
I asked to speak with a supervising agent as I was not satisfied and he said he was one. Apparently there was no one higher than him I could speak to and Blooms had no way of contacting Evri. When asked how the initial despatched was set up by Blooms with Ervi he did not know. Likewise why no one had responded to my emails asking for help. Basically he did not have an answer to anything I raised and repeated, ad nauseum, that I would just have to wait.
I do not know who has come out of this looking the worse between Blooms and Evri. The agent had no answer as to when Blooms would consider the order lost and refund on that basis. I said this is just a merry-go-round: Evri will not delivery and Blooms will never start a refund until they receive the order back.
When I asked him where exactly that left me, the customer, he hung up.
Needless to say I am disgusted with them both.
Maybe some training is required. Evri to teach how to DELIVER as they claim to be couriers and Blooms to train customer services to give customers a SERVICE.
Very poor service - and misleading answers
Original order not received after three weeks. Chased and was told that it was 'in picking'. To me 'in picking' means that a warehouseman has been instructed to pick it from the shelf and post it.
However the reality was that this was out of stock and they did not know when they would be in stock.
Opted for a refund and ordered a different arrangement - similar story - when I chased the order I was told that it was 'in picking' but further pressure from me they admitted that it was out of stock. This time they told me that it was expected into stock before the end of the month and would be dispatched up to 10 days after that.
This meant that, having originally ordered on 7th March (for my wife's birthday!) I might get the order by early May!
Opted for a refund and made the decision not do ever deal with them again.
It appears that -1) they still advertise on their web site, goods that are out of stock 2) they do not advise the customer they are out of stock and will be delayed and 3) their standard answer when chased is that the order is 'in picking'
Truth is it is not 'in picking' - you cannot pick something that you don't have!
The customer service staff are polite and readily refunded me when pressed, but the company management need to get a grip on their systems and either their web site or an email in response to the order should tell the customer it is out of stock - not leave them hanging on until they chase the company.
Overall, very poor service, exacerbated by poor systems.
Not a company to recommend
Order cancelled - by Bloom!
Ordered a large centrepiece on 15 February, with delivery expected between 26 Feb and 4 March. On 6 March, I emailed Bloom to ask where my order was. I received an email saying it 'had been delayed' and was now due to be despatched on 13 March. Yesterday, 19 March, I received and email saying my ordered had been cancelled! No explanation was given. Today, 20 March, another email says that my 'return has been processed and a refund has been issued'. But once again no reason for the cancellation was given. In neither email was an apology given. If this is the 'service' one can expect from Bloom, I will not be using them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Disgusted!!
Very Poor service and information!…
On the 10th December I ordered an arrangement £126 plus for delivery 7/10 days.
29th December I chased and given spurious reasons but was told the order was due 10th February.
14th February emailed thinking the date was this year! An apologetic email saying my arrangement was being posted that very day and allow 7/10 working days. When the final day had passed and still no delivery, I cancelled the order!!!!
Any further comments from me would be superfluous. You make your own decision!

I have many of your plants and flowers and they are beautiful. Very realistic and at half price good value. The arrangement is bigger than I thought it would be but that is my fault for not taking better note of the description - I like it anyway.
No delivery of order and customer service woeful
I made an order on 12th of December, I did not receive an email confirmation. I email the company and did not receive a reply. In a phone call a lady told me the order had been received but not pick and can take up to 10 days. I still have not received the order. I spoke again to customer service today who could not help in any way. They said there has been a delay but not what the delay is. They gave me a tracking number for EVRI which was wrong. When I told him this he said well it works for me and so it is your problem. I find the customer service appalling and wish I never ordered. I fear I am not going to receive the order and lose my money. There is more I could say but better stop!

Terrible from start to finish. Awful Company!

Placed an order and paid by PayPal 1st December. I didn’t receive a confirmation email so contacted them on 5th. The lady advised my PayPal payment was pending. I spoke to
PayPal who told me the seller hadn’t accepted my payment. I rang Bloom back and cancelled the order and re did the order (although one item now out of stock) and paid by debit card with the advisor on the 5th. I still didn’t receive any confirmation email so rang again on 11th December to be told my order was going to be dispatched in the next three days. The advisor also told me there had been issues with the email system. Although it’s strange how I was still receiving sales emails from them! When I still hadn’t received my order by 19th December, I rang yet again. The advisor told me all my items were in stock so she wasn’t sure why it hadn’t been dispatched yet and would raise an email with the dispatch department and get back to me. Still haven’t received an update or confirmation that my order has shipped! I phoned again (20th) to be told another item was out of stock and my order still hadn’t shipped. I asked what was going on and the advisor said they were busy because it’s Christmas! I would’ve thought starting the purchase process on the 1st gave them plenty of time! Absolutely fuming as all this started on 1st December. I asked the advisor what would happen now and he told me he couldn’t guarantee delivery before Christmas. I asked him to cancel the order! I will NEVER buy from this awful company again. Buyer beware!
Poor customer service
I ordered a glass jar (fault in glass) and two stems
(fibres mounted everywhere) from Bloom in early November which were returned as faulty by a courier. Phoned when refund didn't appear and was partially refunded cost of items but not the postage. I have phoned 5 times and sent 2 emails which were unanswered about the postage which they agreed should have been refunded due to goods being faulty.
21st December and still no refund of postage. Customer service from their call centre has a distinctly "don't care" attitude. My advice : avoid Bloom and Scotts.
AVOID , worst experience and bad quality
I made an order on the 4/12/2023, part order received and still awaiting main part of order. Called today and advised someone will get back to me, I am a sucker for punishment for trying this company again , considering part order is crap quality which was containing loose parts of the item in the box. Cannot believe ordered items for Christmas and it’s still not known where the item is? when is it coming? , company should be called BOOM !!! AVOID as I am sure enquiry will continue into 2024

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order in October. Half the order arrived, the other half didn't. I've chased this up by phone (several times) and email (several times). I've had no reply to my emails but I've been told on the phone that the manufacturer couldn't supply the item I ordered and it was a system error that I hadn't received a refund. I've been cut off mid-call, promised the refund (which never appears) and generally fobbed off for weeks. So, they've got my money and I've got nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Placed an order 9th December, did not receive any order confirmation. Chased it by phone on Thursday 14th to be told it was just waiting to be picked its now 18th still no parcel or even a dispatch email.

Ordered 2 items early November. One item received really quickly and the other to follow.
Sent email then another email, then rang company and advised it was out of stock! How could I have ordered an out of stock item! Was promised refund, nothing came. Rang today and promised refund! Have a reply to a third email I sent saying someone will be in touch.
I won’t bother buying from this company again.
