The customer service has been outstanding, it's just a shame that in the two attempts to get the candle to me both times the candle has been damaged. The customer service team responded very quickly both times and offered suitable options to resolve the problem. If the candle had got to me in one piece, I would have given 5 stars but I think that a rethink of the packaging is in order (maybe some bubble wrap?)

Sadly the colour of the flowers were not as shown in the brochure and the plants looked tired as if they had been on a shelf in the sun for sometime.

Bought the rose posy vase for my cousin as a get well present and she absolutely loved it. She said it was beautiful and so unusual. Bloom flowers are always a great gift

Ordered a pink rose posy at 1530 on Monday and paid extra for next day delivery as we were travelling to visit an elderly Mother-in-law on Wednesday, some 200 miles away. It didn't arrive until late afternoon on Wednesday by which time we were long gone! My wife reminded me she had had a similar episode a few years ago. We won't be using Bloom again!

An order went astray and was speedily replaced once I reported the difficulty.

As a repeat customer of Bloom with several hundred pounds of previous orders (and only one previous return) we were confident in placing a Christmas order for 2 expensive arrangements. Upon receipt one arrangement was completely satisfactory and in line with the advertised image but the second (Aphrodite Orchid £104) was extremely sparse and a gross misrepresentation of the product. I returned the item and was promptly refunded but in light of the disparity I also requested refund of postage. In an attempt to be helpful and assuming supply direct from Bloom's sub-contractor, I supplied several images via email to justify the complaint. No reply was received and there has been no response to a further 2 emails. I conclude that Bloom Customer Service have little regard for their returning customers and will not be placing any further orders with this business. Very disappointing all round.

We now have a response from Bloom and whilst I am grateful for the refund of postage, as requested, the response is incorrect in all respects: specifically duplicate copies of (our) correspondence has been provided by email; no (Bloom) request for additional info was received by us and no emails have been received in response to the Trustpilot review.

Item was returned as faulty and was replaced promptly
