Product arrived smashed to pieces. Although package had 'fragile' tape on it, was poorly packaged inside.

Jug/vase arrived this morning. Just as i expected, lovely jug i intend to place in my bathroom, 1. for the look of it (to replace a rather tatty looking tupperware jug i've had for nigh on 50 years; and 2. to rinse my long hair with when i'm sitting in the bath.

My order was processed on January 6th. I was told it was with Evri and that was the last I heard until I complained! I was then given a weekend's notice by Bloom, NOT Evri, and it kick started the delivery which came today on January 30th. I will not be ordering in future from Bloom or any Scotts of Stow companies with out first phoning and asking if they have a new delivery firm.

Delivery very prompt ( as expected as I had paid extra for express delivery) and products very good quality- so no complaints with Bloom as such - but delivery was left in full view of road and courier was back to his car before I got to the door, even though I was expecting him and was in. We have had spate in this area of photos of delivery being sent but parcel not there when people got home. - so delivery very vulnerable if people out or delayed in taking indoors. Please mention to delivery couriers to put parcels out of sight, or leave with neighbour and leave a note through door saying who and where left. Thank you!

Beautiful vase. My flowers look so beautiful in the vase. All my friends have commented how good it looks. Fast delivery although I thought the postage was a bit expensive.

My first order got lost in transit and nobody emailed to tell me. After paying £6.98 you would have thought i should arrive quickly.
I re ordered, if I hadn't I would still be waiting!!!

Initial order 'lost intransit'. Replacement order omitted delivery address so plant came to me with all the problems of returning or organising delivery to the right address. Service also really slow - item ordered and acknowledged on 12 December. Non delivery of initial order acknowledged on 9 January. Short opening hours for customer service also poor.

The arrangements i bought are just lovely cannot stop looking at them

Very very helpful assistant at then end of the phone when I struggled with online ordering. I ordered Christmas stems/berried but disappointed as they were too plastic and artificial - not the usual natural looking Bloom quality

Stunning flowers that have taken my flower arrangement to the next level. Seriously superb quality for imitation flowers. The feel and colour of the flower head is super realistic and so is the stem and leaf on each which quite often can be the let down. Looks just like picture and it’s a really good size flower, 10/10.

This bamboo tree looks plastic and is not that realistic

As usual the flowers are excellent value for money. Packaged very well so travelled perfectly. And very very quickly.
