The installer fitted our porch door very expertly even though he found the installation more complicated than expected due to the porch being 40 years old. We are very pleased with our new door.

We had used Crystal previously for our conservatory and we decided to go with them again for a replacement garage door.

1. We met with Jason who explained the different products available to us and the finance options. We selected the Roller Shutter Door in Rosewood. Our choice re finance was to pay cash.

2. A survey of our existing garage was carried out by Glenn and I was given clear explanations of the work to be carried out.

3. The Roller Shutter Door was installed in one day by Glenn. He demonstrated how to use the key fobs and the internal control panel. The site was left clear and tidy and the old door and other old parts removed.

All of the he above was completed in 3 weeks and we are very pleased with the whole process and its outcome.

The installers arrived on time started to work straight away first covering my floors and stairs and bed. Which was very pleased to see. They were very efficient worked tidy also hoovering up after themselves. Cleared all the old windows and door. The windows and new door look fabulous I’m very pleased I was given the option for the door opening stopper quick and easy install.
Would definitely recommend I will get the other 2 windows done soon.

Up until recently, we have been very happy with their work. Until the last job they completed, we had new fencing installed. The fencing is lovely, the workman was polite, but sadly, the result was not so good. Because of this, I will not be recommending them to install fencing.
I feel that Mr Crystal Windows should come and see the work his workmen are installing and talk to his customer to get feedback.

John and Simon from Crystal carried out the installation of my new front door and two windows with excellent professionalism. They arrived on schedule and completed the work ahead of time. The installation was efficient, tidy, and finished to a high standard. The new door and windows look absolutely beautiful. I’m genuinely delighted with the whole experience. I was very happy from the sales experience to the installation. The new conservatory looks so much better than before. The installation led by Richard was very professional. They were extremely tidy, taking away all the mess including knocking small walls.

I am vey pleased with all the people who were involved in doing various updates in my home. They were all polite, considerate and tided up afterwards. I would recommend this company as they kept me informed of when they work would be done and were able to answer any queries I had. Excellent company to work with.

Once we decided to go for it,it only took 2 weeks to get it installed. Installer was very experienced and completed the job looking all beautiful.

First class service from initial and detailed surveys, to installation and completion. A very professional and high quality organisation with polite, helpful and efficient staff and operatives. A very satisfying experience.

The workmanship of the door and windows was of Good quality and value. The salesman and surveyor were kind, respectful and friendly. The fitters also were the same and they cleaned up after themselves. They all did a good job. The lady on the phone was great too.

After an initial hiccup re bringing lintels instead of concrete sills I formed the impression that Crystal has the organisational depth and team to regroup and get it right. Crystal cares about its reputation and service quality. The composite front door and sash windows are of high quality.

Very good job and happy with the service. They have now done all the windows in my house and no issues at all.

We recently went with Crystal Windows and deal with Terry who really looked after us. He went through everything in such detail before making any decision. The windows were fitted quickly, professionally and to an extremely high standard! We love the windows so much and they have completely changed the look of our house.

Crystal Windows had carried out work for us before, so we had no hesitation in arranging installation of a new door and bifolds with them. The service was very professional from the initial ordering process through to installation. The works were carried out approximately 3 weeks from placing the order and the installation was fuss-free and professionally carried out by the 2 fitters. The old windows and door were taken away and the area left clear and tidy. We were very pleased with the installation and end result.

Very impressive with the work and very clean appearance when they arrived. After the the work was done the men cleaned up and took away the rubbish with them.

This is not the first time we have used crystal windows! 14 years ago they put in a very nice conservatory with a thermotec roof which still looks like new today , nothing has broken or any blown windows. So that’s why we went with crystal again for our double glazed windows for our house. 10 years guarantee, they have their own workforce who fit everything not sub-contractors who may turn up on the day !! Crystal makes their own windows as well . A salesman turned up on a Friday and 12 days later they were being fitted. We had 2 fitters who were so nice and most important so so clean . The finish of the work is second to none and I would highly recommend crystal.
