Lucy is our account manager - she is a cracker. Alwiiiight! All seriousness she's always a pleasure to deal with, organising new stuff and returns of faulty stuff. Really beneficial to have someone that'll help you when you need it!

I reported the problem last Wednesday and received the replacement today.
