Customer enquiries were excellent it took them less than 2 hours to respond to my initial query and then they replied with a plan of action. As promised the part arrived 3 days later! Well impressed, it restored my faith in customer services, after a poor experience with the products seller!

The customer service and response to my enquiry were excellent. Fast, friendly and extremely efficient. Took me back 30 years to when things worked properly. Ordering made simple, telephone answered quickly and efficiently and polite and helpful advice from all concerned. Thank you Statesman.
Incidentally, having left the review for the wonderful service, I received the part I needed the very next day. It is so unusual these days to get such excellent treatment. thank you once again. I do wish that other companies would follow their lead.

The undercounter fridge that was delivered was faulty in that it had a high pitched whine. Lynn could not have been more helpful, making suggestions as to settings and asking me to ring her if it continued. It did and she arranged straight away for a replacement. When this arrived she phoned to see that all was well and that there were no problems. This was excellent service and many thanks to Lynn for her concern and actions - a great recommendation for the company.

Brilliant customer service! They were so helpful in sorting out the gas conversion kit for my Statesman hob and made the whole process really easy. A ring on our hob failed two months after purchase, so contacted the retailer, Automates of Paignton, who took details and got in touch with Statesman. Next day Lynn rang from Statesman to discuss the problem and said the hob would be replaced, which Automates duly fitted a few days later. All was very smooth and Lynn was very helpful and friendly. Both companies a pleasure to deal with.

I have a washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave, and I’m really pleased with all of them. They all work brilliantly and have been very reliable. The customer service team has also been extremely helpful and always able to answer any questions I’ve had. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!
