I’ve been lucky enough to go to so many great London salons; John Frieda, Trevor Sorbie, Daniel Hersheson etc and more local Brixton ones like Myla and Davies and Aitch but no one compares to the incredible George at Brixton Blue Tit. He gave so much consideration to what would suit my face and hair type. A real master and I felt so looked after. Great hair cut, felt transformed but in a way that enhanced my personal style rather than a harsh change. Thank you George 💗

I am a little disappointed as I was booked in with a junior stylist Tom (Dalston) and he cancelled my appointment an hour before I was due for a cut and colour. It was a Friday and I had taken the afternoon off, I had also taken time out to go for the necessary allergy test two days prior. I then tried to reschedule with him and he aired my message. Not the most professional for someone who is starting their hair stylist career.

Sinem at Blue Tit is a brilliant stylist! I have been having my hair done by her for the best part of a decade and always leave the salon feeling amazing and so happy with my highlights!

Maisie at Blue Tit is absolutely fantastic! I left with the best haircut of my life! She`s really friendly and approachable and gives the best head massage I've ever had! Kudos to you Maisie

Absolutely fantastic restyling by Roland at the Dalston salon! I finally worked up the courage to go from long hair to a pixie and Roland was supportive from the get go! He followed my references really closely and I walked out with the pixie I’d been dreaming of. Thank you!

Visited Dalston branch and had a beautiful hair cut and and nice scalp massage by Morgan Smith. She was very thorough and detail oriented. Definitely will be back for a colour too. 5 star experience.

I recently went to Blue Tit Brixton, and had the Hair Therapy Treatment with Michael... I've never had a treatment on my hair, and I'm so happy I did. Michael is full of knowledge and explained every part of the process to me. It was super relaxing, and a real treat. Michael always goes above and beyond in terms of customer experience, and he is super friendly.
I have super fragile hair for several reasons, and Michael took the time to look after me, and even ensured his assistant was gentle with my hair. The treatment itself completely transformed the health of my hair, it honestly has never looked so good, I will deffo be getting it regularly. It really helps that Michael is fantastic with all hair types, but especially textured/curly hair - he styles my hair wonderfully, and I am always ecstatic when I leave his chair.

I had my hair cut done by Nancy. Amazing service and she did a fantastic job! I am thrilled with the style and also the advice she gave me on how to look after my hair to keep it healthy.

I had balayage + cut with Stevie in Brixton. I am extremely happy with the results, the colour is great and I love the overall effect. Service was, as always, excellent (Stevie + other members of staff including reception).

I just booked a last minute cut and blow dry in Blue Tit Brockley. I got Connor and he did a great job. Very happy with the cut and one of the best blow drys I've had (I usually hate the way salons dry my hair and wonder why I paid extra for it). He's a Level 1 stylist, book him now before his prices go up, as they surely will!

Best blow dry with Eva! Exactly how I wanted it, didn't take too long! And she's lovely.

Fab cut and style from the lovely Gemma in Peckham! Put back the shape and long layers and finished off with some loose relaxed waves. The tasty coffees and smoothie along with Gemma's easy going manner, top chat and style skills has meant a really lovely morning at Bluetit!

Fabbbb haircut from Millie! Did exactly what I asked for, checked in throughout the whole process and styled it in a way that really suited my hair type. She's also just lovely. Could not recommend more will be back!!

I visited Greenwich in July to have my hair cut from a long, layered style to a blunt long Bob.

When I left I thought it wasn’t sitting right on one side but put it down to the fact it was a bouncy blow dry and thought it’d look better upon styling myself. When I did, I found that it was extremely thick on one side compared to the other and impossible to wear down. I went to my old hairdresser back home, and he said not only was it thicker on one side, but also completely wonky at the back - and worst of all; the stylist had taken a chunk of my hair off and then covered it by keeping the top long over it!!!
This was at the Greenwich salon and I emailed the blue tit customer service email weeks ago and have heard nothing. Avoid at all costs!! Cost me fortune and I’ll still need months of growth before it can be properly fixed as the short bits are so short they stick out all over the place when straightened.

George at Brixton has cut my hair twice now and he's done a beautiful job. He really understands my hair and gets what I need.

Went for a colour change after many years. Lee managed to get exactly what i wanted on my difficult hair type( dark, asian, curly). He was brilliant, was a realist with expectations yet... got it so right. Id definitely recommend him for classy not brassy colour!
Also all about the salon's plant porn!
