Very good and very helpful

My first time scrapping a car made a very easy experience by BMS Salvage . Staff very friendly and helpful with advice . Communication very good all the way through process . Thankyou .

Everything went smoothly and easily.

The initial part of dealing with them was good, and the deposit was paid promptly. Unfortunately, the collection of the vehicle was very poorly handled.
I booked the collection using the link provided in their message, but nobody turned up. I then arranged another collection for the following Wednesday, but again, nobody turned up.
A third collection was arranged for the next Wednesday. The day before, I was contacted and asked if they could collect the vehicle out of hours, the vehicle was at a garage. I explained that this would need to be arranged with them. The vehicle was subsequently not collected and was eventually collected two days later, on the Friday.
Payment was supposed to be made on the day of collection. When I called on the following Monday to chase this, I was told that the vehicle had been collected by a subcontractor and that they were still waiting for photos, which they would look into. I called again the following day and was told I would receive payment that day, but no payment was made. I had to call again the next day before I finally received the payment.
Overall, while the initial process was good, the collection and payment process was poor and required several phone calls and repeated chasing.

Such an easy process, nice people to deal with can’t fault the service. Highly recommend.

Never use this company. Rude. Make you wait in all day then cancel and then threaten you will £120 if you don’t want to reschedule.

Great on the phone, prompt clear offer and instruction. The car pick up was seamless as was the payment. IF you have to scrap a car I would recommend.

Turned up when they said they would do rang before hand to make sure the vehicle was all good to go and once the transporter truck was with me and it was all secured they photographed the vehicle and I received a text message with the final payout being released.

The best part of the process were the Copart staff. Always friendly and helpful. The recovery truck driver for the immobile scrap car was outstanding in overc oming difficulties
