Very good service but would have liked my car to be collected in 2 days rather than the next available date that was 4 days. Collection was smooth however with the driver giving me regular updates on collection time on the date. Driver was very polite and helpful and call centre staff too. Thank you

Cannot fault BMS totally professional from start to finish. Very quick and efficient.

Don't know how connected Copart and BMS are, Copart collected my car for scrap and I found the process very disappointing, twice having to deal with unhelpful staff. First issue was just booking a collection, the lady I spoke to couldn't get her head around the fact my car needed to be collected from a garage 5 minutes from my house, information I'd already provided, proceeded to get mardy when I explained I can be there in 5 mins, so with the most minimal notice I can be there in good time, she insisted this might not be possible, she'd put a note on but no promises. Second issue was on collection day, Copart messaged to say they'll collect at 8:33, I get a call at 8:20 from an annoyed driver who asks where I am, as presumably the first lady I spoke to passed on no collection details, just a postcode, I explained I'm 5 minutes away but he threatens to drive off. Only after explaining I've been told by his company to be there at 8:33, he decides he can take his 15 minute break but if I'm not there by then he's off.

To summarise, avoid the knackers at Copart, BMS should review who they're choosing to work with.

It was nice and easy, would have been nice to have a rough time of pick up the day before. Although he did arrive promptly after the 30 minute alert.
