Can’t get through on line or on phone…
Can’t get through on line or on phone to book a bike service. Things have really gone downhill since they moved servicing to Park Royal. Never call back.
Tried on the bmw app - didn’t recognise my vehicle.
What a shameful standard BMW has sunk to in London.
I waited three weeks before writing…
I waited three weeks before writing this review because I wanted to give BMW Park Royal Service Centre every opportunity to deal with the situation professionally. After the way this has been handled, I feel I have to warn other customers.
My car was called in for what should have been a straightforward BMW safety recall — replacement of the driver’s airbag.
I arrived at BMW Park Royal Service Centre with an existing EML warning which had already been diagnosed and was known to me. I left with a seriously malfunctioning car.
On the first drive after collecting the vehicle, while travelling on the M3/A316, the dashboard suddenly lit up with gearbox, ABS, tyre-pressure, traction-control and other warnings, and the power steering stopped working properly.
After stopping, I initially assumed that because the battery had presumably been disconnected during the recall work, perhaps the car simply needed to clear a communication fault. I reset the errors and restarted the vehicle.
Unfortunately, from that point onwards the problem progressively became worse.
What should have been a simple safety recall left me with a vehicle I do not consider safe or reliable to drive. A loss of steering assistance while driving at motorway speeds could have had far more serious consequences.
BMW Park Royal Service Centre was repeatedly asked to provide the workshop records from the recall visit, diagnostic records, technician notes and the available video/CCTV evidence so that it could be established what actually happened to the vehicle while it was in their custody.
Three weeks later I am still without my car and still do not have the documentation I requested.
Their latest solution is apparently to send their most senior/master technician to my vehicle to perform another diagnostic scan.
The problem is that I have already carried out extensive diagnostics myself, including BMW-specific diagnostic software, and I already have records from before the recall, immediately afterwards and as the fault progressively deteriorated.
To make matters even more ridiculous, this technician is apparently only available roughly 10am–4pm Monday to Friday and cannot attend on a Saturday, despite BMW Park Royal Service Centre itself being open on Saturdays.
So after being without my car for three weeks following their recall work, I am now apparently expected to lose a day of work so that somebody can perform diagnostic scans which have already been carried out, while the records and evidence I have actually been requesting remain outstanding.
The reception area looks professional and the staff are polite, but when something genuinely serious goes wrong, that means very little.
I took my car to an authorised BMW service centre for a safety recall because I believed that was the safest and most professional option.
I deeply regret that decision.
If you take your vehicle to BMW Park Royal Service Centre, particularly for important work, document its condition beforehand and keep your own records.
Superb C.S - Start to Finish
What made my experience the best I've had anywhere in a long while ?
1- Alvin Gomes Service Consultant I spoke to on the phone initially was patient and thoroughly helpful
2-On my visit to Center - Checked in quickly & efficiently, smiles all round.
3- The one that stood out believe it or not, in waiting area the coffee machine self service I couldnt figure out - a lady out of uniform who clearly was on her way home/ out - stopped smiled and said hey can I help you with that -
This kind of attention to detail that makes or breaks a company.
CONCLUSION - Above & beyond assistance at this Service Center.
- The repair / fix itself - I am thrilled with. - Delivered more, not less in super quick time.
- Well done to management for superb hiring choices - and for a faultless, excellent set of staff.
Disappointing Start, but Excellent Support from the Assistant Service Manager
Disappointing start, but excellent support from the assistant service manager.
I recently had a major service carried out on my 2018 BMW 530e at BMW Park Royal, which included replacement of the spark plugs.
After collecting the car, I noticed a repeated stuttering under acceleration which had not been present before the service. As I had been away on holiday, I had driven the car very little since the service.
I returned to BMW Park Royal at around 1pm and explained the problem and that I was concerned about whether the car was safe to drive, particularly as I needed to travel to Somerset the following day.
Unfortunately, my initial experience was disappointing. I was told they were very busy and that I would need to book the car in for diagnosis, with the next availability being after 25 August. I even asked whether someone could simply test drive the car with me so I could demonstrate the problem but was told nobody was available.
I then asked to speak to a manager and met Kamlesh Patel, assistant service manager. From that point, my experience changed completely.
Kamlesh listened to my concerns, came for a drive with me so I could demonstrate the problem, immediately recognised that something was not right and arranged for the car to be taken into the workshop.
After several hours, the problem was identified and fixed. I was informed that the cause was a faulty spark plug that had been fitted during the recent major service.
Although I was disappointed that I had to return to the garage and spend much of my day there for an issue connected with the recent service and that, without asking for a manager, I may have had to wait until after 25 August. I was very grateful for the way Kamlesh handled the situation.
He was professional, understanding and took responsibility for getting the issue resolved that same day, allowing me to make my planned journey the following day with peace of mind.
Thank you, Kamlesh, for stepping in and turning a frustrating experience into a positive resolution.

A very disheartening experience @ BMW park royal.... took 3 weeks to get car booked in, then another 10 days to fix cooling system issue.
I had to call BMW all the time for updates & received minimal feedback thru out.
When i collected car it was handed back to me with bird mess on passenger window, not valeted & with seats fully reclined as if someone had been sleeping in the seats.
My family been using BMW for 20+ years & we always received 1st class service from Nicky with his personal touch.
I came away so disillusioned @ the lack of customer service i received since Nicky has retired.
Parts dept.
I needed some fixings for a rack to go on my electric scooter.
James in the parts department was quick and efficient in locating the parts and sending out not only the invoice but the instruction sheet about fitting the rack.
5 star service.

My review is about Motorrad Park Royal…
My review is about Motorrad Park Royal services. I was informed that BMW consolidated Battersea and Welwyn Garden City into Park Royal. This resulted in me having to chase the team there over several days for updates. They failed to return my calls and reply to my emails. All I wanted was a service and MOT. Please avoid until they sort themselves out. Premium price for poor service. Shame BMW
Linda H is the best!
Linda H is the best!
Linda works in the service department and she has always been so accommodating when I had to re-arrange appointments at the last minute. She's professional, smart, patient and sharp. An asset to BMW Park Lane Service! On the day itself, Jennifer looked after me and was able to get the mechanics to service the car while I waited. She kept me updated, made sure I knew where the coffee machine was etc...Jennifer's another wonderful service team asset! Despite being BMW Park Lane, the service prices are very reasonable. They also do free health checks and clean the car etc at no extra charge! I've owned loads of cars in the past, but BMW Park Lane have always gone above and beyond anyone else esp. Linda. Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Avoid BMW Park Royal Services at all cost!
I am writing this to warn other BMW owners about the lack of care and accountability at BMW Park Lane. The negative reviews you read here are real. Avoid this place at all cost!
In summary: what was supposed to be a quick routine Service and MOT took 6 weeks to complete, cost me £1,622 in suspension repairs, and to make matters worse, they returned the car with a catastrophic radiator leak they caused, and are now demanding an additional £2,379 to fix their own mistake. As a result I no longer have a drivable vehicle!
The 6-Week Saga:
My i8 was taken in on 2nd of February for it's routine service and MOT. During service and inspection they flagged a faulty suspension. I was then given wildly inconsistent quotes. It started at a few hundred pounds for a cap replacement, jumped to a £2,209 quote for a full system replacement, and finally settled at £1,622 when they decided only one side was actually broken. I was left without my car for 6 weeks.
The Damage & Denial:
Certified Healthy - On 12th February, their own CitNOW (attached here) video confirmed there were "no obvious signs of any issues or major leaks." They also passed the car on its MOT and Full Service, legally certifying the cooling system as sound.
On 10th of March after all work was completed they casually emailed me to say they have spotted a "minor leak". They didn't follow up or raise any concerns, and in the end drove my car back to me on 19th of March.
When I finally got to drive my car, it started overheating and became undriveable. The "small leak" was actually a major failure spraying coolant over the engine bay. Even after a refill, the car is unable to hold 2 litres of coolant for longer than a short drive.
The Excuse:
Management now claims this is "age-related" or "stone damage." This is a blatant contradiction; Given the severity of the problem, if the damage existed during the Service (which took place in February) or the MOT, it should have been a Major Defect failure. Since it passed, the damage occurred while in their custody.
Service Access:
The manager claims the technicians weren't "near the radiator," yet a BMW Service and MOT mandate accessing the front compartment to check levels and fluids.
They even deny the validity of their own video inspection, that clearly shows no leaks underneath the vehicle when the vehicle was handed in.
BMW Park Lane has shown zero professional integrity. They damaged a vehicle in their care, ignored their own MOT certification, and are now trying to bill me for the repair. I have been left without a car for yet another week, incurring further financial losses and time.
I am formally escalating this to the Motor Ombudsman and the DVSA.
Avoid this dealership at all cost. They are disorganised, dishonest, inconsistent with pricing, and refuse to take responsibility for damage caused in their own workshop, despite mountain of evidence
Very late booking date and terrible service
Very late booking date for Park Royal service department
Too many cars booked
Could hardly park on forecourt
No update and no contact throughout the day
Called 4 times still no response
Eventually gave up and headed home.
Suddenly they call after 510pm
Rushed to collect my car
Not sure if everything necessary was done as the place looked like a mess
Car wasn't washed even though they offered and I accepted
The didnt charge for the extra bits and bobs as a gesture of good will
Still not happy as very unprofessional poor service
First and last time I'm going there

Today I test drove a BMW 135 and an X3 at BMW Park Lane, both arranged by the sales representative Matthew Peck. Matthew was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole experience. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the process very smooth and enjoyable.
Thanks to his excellent service, I’ve decided to stay with BMW and upgrade my car with them. I would highly recommend Matthew and the team at BMW Park Lane.

I needed help with replacing my key and when speaking to Aaron on the phone, he was very helpful, I left the call know what I needed to bring to ensure I have no delays in replacing my key. Aaron was very friendly and easy to talk to and was happy to help. Thank again Aaron and the BMW team.
I went to BMW Park Royal this week to…
I went to BMW Park Royal this week to have my car serviced. I was utterly appalled by what I saw whilst sitting in reception. The was the manager having a go at the driver in a rude manner which consisted with who I believe is Nicky Androupolis swearing out loud to the driver in a degrading manner. I will not be using this dealership again. Your staff need to be looked at.
I am writing about the extremely poor…
I am writing about the extremely poor after-sales service I have received from BMW Park Lane, which has left me deeply disappointed and questioning BMW’s commitment to customer care.
Over the last three years, I have purchased three BMW vehicles, spending in excess of £100,000, which demonstrates my loyalty to the brand. Unfortunately, my experience after my most recent purchase has been nothing short of unacceptable.
Following the purchase of my vehicle, faults were identified that should clearly fall under BMW’s responsibility. Despite this, BMW Park Lane has denied all responsibility, leaving me personally out of pocket by over £600. The handling of this matter has been so poor that I have been forced to pursue the issue further by seeking legal advice and contacting the Motor Ombudsman, something no loyal customer should have to do.
The situation has been made significantly worse by the conduct of the branch manager, Mark Allan. His lack of support, accountability, and basic customer care has been extremely disappointing. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue, his approach was dismissive and unhelpful, demonstrating a complete failure of leadership and customer service. This level of management is entirely inconsistent with the standards I would expect from a premium brand such as BMW.
It is genuinely embarrassing that a flagship brand like BMW allows a showroom such as Park Lane to operate in this manner. The experience has been so poor that I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch altogether unless significant changes are made. Branch manger mark alan is a major disaster to the brand, he can’t run a bath never mind a show room, and should not be in such a position, and does not follow fca regulations, avoid this place and him, save your self the stress, what a embarrassment BMW!!!
Extremely Disappointing Service – Incomplete Work, No MOT, Unresolved Warning Lights – £989.21 Charged
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from BMW Park Royal (London) on 16–17 February 2026 regarding my BMW F06 640i M Sport Gran Coupe .
I booked the vehicle in for:
Full oil service
Rear brake pad replacement
Vehicle check
MOT
I dropped the vehicle off at 08:00 on Monday 16 February.
When I returned at 08:00 on Tuesday 17 February to collect the car, I was informed that the MOT had been completely forgotten and not carried out. I was asked to wait while they performed it, but I had a business appointment at 09:00 and could not stay.
Despite this major oversight, I was charged £989.21 in full.
Upon entering the vehicle, I immediately noticed:
Oil service warning still active
Rear brake warning still active
Service notifications not reset
Digital service history not updated
I returned inside and raised this issue. After approximately 10 minutes, I was informed that the rear brake wear sensor wire was broken and therefore the system could not be reset.
This raises serious concerns:
I was charged £111.97 for a “Vehicle Service Check”. A broken brake wear sensor should have been identified during this inspection.
I was charged £127.97 for rear brake service. Replacing brake pads without replacing a damaged wear sensor is incomplete work.
The MOT was not carried out despite being booked.
The service lights were not reset.
The service history was not updated.
The vehicle was returned dirty, despite being told it would be cleaned. The car had been professionally valeted the day before (receipt available).
In summary, I paid nearly £1,000 and left with:
No MOT
Active warning lights
Incomplete brake work
No proper service record update
No vehicle preparation prior to handover
This level of service is far below what is expected from an official BMW dealership.
I have now escalated this matter formally and expect a full resolution.
So disappointed for such a big brand
Last week i had an inquiry about a 7series , all went through nicely on the beginning, we had nice chatting, as they are BMW we went for the bmw finance (already had 2 cars with them)… after few days refusal came , when we asked for details they ware tot able to give any , finance company neither , meantime documents for part exchange was signed and deposit taken … now i have taken it with Carfinance 24/7 and finance agreed, car to be taken from different dealer. After that Park Lane is not answering to phone calls , not replying to emails, not refunding the deposit. Had to rise a dispute with my bank for deposit .That’s so bad customer service on such a big brand . It’s really disappointing.
This is my 2nd car from BMW Park Lane…
This is my 2nd car from BMW Park Lane they have been amazing through out the process and have helped me with all my requests. Thanks to Nathan for everything and I would recommend any looking for BMW use Park Lane BMW.
Great experience!!
Top guys, great service- honest customer service. Great experience, thank you to Sam and the team. You have exceeded my expectations.
THANK YOU
BMW ParkLane
BMW stands for (Bring Me WorkShop). In German BMW stands for (Bring mir die Werkstatt))
Unfortunately, my experience with BMW Park Lane has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.(Liar/Scam Staffs and do not trust them) Always get written notes and double check the work with them and do not trust their words. Full of shit they are. "Scammers"
After raising valid and serious concerns regarding my vehicle—specifically related to the B47 engine's well-documented timing chain faults—I received minimal support and no meaningful engagement from the BMW PARKLANE
Despite multiple follow-up emails, communication has been slow, unresponsive, and at times completely absent. It's deeply troubling to see such a lack of accountability, particularly when independent automotive experts and forums have extensively documented these recurring B47 engine issues.
Rather than acknowledging or addressing these known defects, BMW Park Lane and even BMW UK appear to dismiss valid concerns, hiding behind internal policies and extra charges that make warranty claims difficult and stressful. This behavior undermines the entire concept of a warranty.
A warranty, by definition, is:
"A promise or guarantee made by a seller or manufacturer regarding the condition, performance, or quality of a product. It typically ensures that if the product is defective or fails to work as intended within a specified period, the company will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost to the buyer."
BMW cannot redefine warranty terms on the fly to suit their bottom line, nor should a customer be made to feel like they're fighting a system just to get basic, rightful support. This approach erodes trust in both the dealership and the brand as a whole.
While BMW Park Lane’s showroom may reflect the luxury image of the brand, the after-sales support, complaints handling, and customer care do not. The process appears more concerned with extracting additional revenue than upholding the quality and integrity associated with BMW.
As a result, I’ve been forced to escalate this matter to the Motor Ombudsman, a step I never expected to take with a supposedly premium brand.
I sincerely urge BMW Park Lane and BMW UK to reconsider how they handle legitimate warranty claims, especially when they involve known engine faults.
Customers should not have to navigate a web of internal bureaucracy or be penalized by arbitrary mileage thresholds when the core mechanical issue is a manufacturing defect.
At this point, BMW Parklane is more like a scam—a situation where the dealership is actively making it harder to access the very coverage and support the warranty is meant to provide.
