Was gifted a camera. Claimed to be 3 year warranty. After 6 months became problematic. Contacted customer service they sent a replacement out. After a further 6 months roughly the second camera developed the same fault. Made do with it and it got worse and has finally stopped working. My son is 15months so it's probably just under 15 months from the first purchase so still well within warranty. Contacted customer service. They claim Amazon has shut them down but they still have a active store. Offered return and repair to china but acknowledge it will be super expensive postage and I'll have to pay, they offered 15% refund or 20% off a new camera. Absolute joke, obviously refused all three options. So failed to adhere to the 3 year warranty.

My camera stopped working after 5 months(I have an active warranty) and have sent enquiry to the customer service but no answer at all.
I would stay away from this company.

Monitor stopped working after less than a year. Then camera would not connect so could not even use the app. Customer services did respond very quickly which was positive, but was unable to offer a replacement (even though it is under a 3 year warranty) due to their store apparently being closed on Amazon and not being able to offer replacements from their website (unsure why this is). All they could offer was a partial refund or a partial refund for buying another. Do not want to buy another if this is going to break again, so will not be purchasing again sadly. Tried to write a review on Amazon, but it is saying my account is not allowed to review that item?

As my title says to not buy from here. As many of the other comments say do not buy from here.

They will not honour their warranty policy, they sold me a broken piece of about good for nothing baby monitor and refuse to do nothing about it. They claim that the model I have is out of stock, yet had no problem sending me older models of different cams with less features and capabilities that are no where to be found on their website.

I’ve been speaking with them with zero resolution. They will not help. Straight assholes and waste of time

Do not buy from this company at all. Item stopped working (baby monitor) contacted very quick in initial response however after that nothing i have sent numerous emails chasing this up however no reply. Scammers take your money then won't reply or fix faulty items. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED.

BOIFUN 7SM Baby Monitor - Best Buy and amazing customer support!

I was honestly surprised by how good this camera is for the price—definitely a best buy! The video quality is impressive, and it comes with motion and sound alerts, which work flawlessly. One of the best things about it is that it has its own monitor, so you don’t have to rely on a WiFi connection, though it does support WiFi if you prefer.

Unfortunately, the power button on my monitor was defective when it arrived. However, BOIFUN’s customer support was absolutely outstanding. They responded incredibly fast, were super friendly, and resolved my issue in record time. It’s rare to come across such efficient and helpful service, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

For me, having a dedicated monitor was a must because I don’t want to connect a baby camera to WiFi, and this model delivers exactly what I needed. Great product, even better customer service—highly recommend!

Baby video monitor B09SW34DQJ stopped turning on (no issue with cables) after a year. Contacted Amazon who advised contacting manufacturer as under 3 year warranty. Initial response received from Boifun by email was to send video evidence but since sending the evidence on 8 Feb 25 and receiving an acknowledgement it was received on the same day from Andre there has been no further contact from Customer Service despite sending several chaser emails and requesting contact from a manager DO NOT BUY

We have been using the Boifun Video Doorbell for a few weeks now and are extremely satisfied in every way. The images are very clear, the notification is very good as is the customer service. We use it with the SD card inserted.
We were particularly thrilled with the bell when it rang when we were away. I was able to talk to the delivery person.
It is very easy to install.
All in all an excellent product. We would highly recommend it.

I contacted these at first i didnt have a response but when i did they were absolutely amazing they tryed everything to help me. The shop is no longer running in amazon but i was given a refund. Thankyou to all staff that contacted me

Forse la videocamera in se' e' fatta bene, ma l'app che utilizza per collegarsi al wifi, e' piu'lenta di una tartaruga zoppa, se ricevo un allarme sul cellulare e apro l'app,anche con fibra ottica, ci mette piu' di un minuto ad aprirsi e spesso non funziona, l'azienda dovrebbe riprogrammare tutto dall'inizio, Da evitare assolutamente.

Babyphone nach 1 3/4 Jahren kaputt. Ich hatte damals die Garantie auf 3 Jahre verlängert. Problem gemeldet - kein Feedback seitens Verkäufer.

Vorsicht Betrug

An und für sich ist dad Babyphone wirklich gut, doch nach 1 1/2 Jahren Gebrauch rauscht der Bildschirm und der Stecker vom Netzteil ist kaputt gegangen.

Zuerst Boifun Kontaktiert, und innerhalb 3h eine Rückmeldung bekommen, ich sollte diverse Sachen zuerst versuchen, nach einigen Malen Rückschreiben, wäre es zu dem Fall gekommen, dass das Babyphone ausgetauscht werden muss, seit dem gibt es keine Antwort und Rückmeldung mehr.
ich habe bereits erneut versucht den Kundenservice zu Kontaktieren, doch jetzt gibt es keine Antwort mehr.

Absolute Frechheit, nie wieder kaufe ich von Boifun,
hoffe, es kann jemand anderer vor dem Kauf bewart werden.

Baby monitor went faulty well within warrantee. Contacted Biofun, cat and mouse game at first but now they have dried up, with email bounce back for their admin.
Have they gone bust?

I've been using a baby monitor daily for almost 2 years now. Registering the warranty was super easy. I had a small issue with a cable, emailed support, and they responded promptly, advising me to replace it. They even covered the cost! Always fast, polite, and helpful. Not sure why other reviews aren't great, but my experience has been excellent.

I have only been using the monitor for just over a year and recently the charging port stopped working completely. The same as other reviews, tried to email several times but totally ignored.
For the price you pay, total waste of money and terrible customer service.

Broken and faulty monitor. Customer service emailed back straight away asking for video evidence that I sent the same day. I’ve emailed around 20 times since and haven’t received a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
