Oil combi boiler replacement
Used Boiler Guide to identify oil boiler installers. Within a week of receiving contact information I had a quote and following acceptance installation of a new combi boiler. Could not be happier with how smoothly the whole process went.

RBHM responded to our failed central…
RBHM responded to our failed central heating system within a couple of days. Two engineers arrived at 9am and worked diligently throughout for the next two days. They removed our old gravity fed system and boiler then installed new pipework and combi boiler. The engineers were tidy and efficient. We now have a warm house with a hive controlled program.
Have since recommended them.

Great experience with Boiler Guide…
I needed to change my boiler and searched online. Boiler Guide came out and I completed the form online. Got a call from Boiler Guide immediately to confirm my interest and registration and I was informed to expect three calls soon. Indeed three friendly calls came one after another. Two companies sent advisors to assess and one assessed over a video call. I received quotes from them soon after. After several friendly follow up communications with each company, I select one to install my boiler. Now my new boiler is up and running. Very happy with the services received.

Excellent Response from Boiler Guide
I completed the online form on the Sunday evening and they were in touch first thing Monday morning to advise that 3 recommended installers would be in contact.
Kevin from HeatCo was the first to phone and made a diversion to his journey and arrived late morning. New combi boiler installed the next day and heat and hot water restored at 3pm. Excellent response to my request to Boiler Guide and would certainly recommend them.

Very professional service all round. From phone calls, e mails, producing quotes, promptness of responses and the actual replacement of the boiler.
