Mike was great, arrived on time,on both occasions. Did a great ,competitively priced job. He didn't try to sell expensive products I didn't need. Great price, great job. Would definitely recommend.

Professional, tidy and very reasonable priced

The lovely Mike fitted an alarm and multiple CCTV cameras across both the front and back of our home. Both cameras work perfectly with crystal clear footage, alarm is easy to use and overall great service. Would definitely recommend!

I had Bolton Alarms install me CCTV and doorbell last week, after installing us an alarm last year. I am 73 and not great with apps on my phone. Mike was amazing from start to finish and demonstrated the system so i could access it with ease. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks, Joyce

Bolton Alarms were booked to come out at 10am this morning, arranged last week.

They didn't come at all. Nor did they try and contact me. I rang, no one answered and left a message. No one got back to me. I rang again. No answer.

They clearly aren't coming, for reasons that elude me. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me. Meanwhile, I stayed in waiting for these absolute chancers.

Such poor service one installation done. No attempt to contact for annual maintenance. My app was shut off so I had no access to system to manage the alarm. Have tried multiple times to contact Mike text and call but absolutely no response. No answer at the office. I received a response from Mike eventually, saying he was in Tenerife and would respond when he gets round to it once back. I genuinely couldn’t believe the arrogance and rudeness. Dreadful.

Same day call out to a faulty alarm. Were professional, knowledgeable & friendly & fixed alarm in a matter of minutes. Superb service & extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Doesn't respond to calls!!!

Mike installed our alarm system, and said at the time he would be available for servicing. I have phoned him many times over the last week, and am awaiting a reply.

Wonderful company with great service. Mike came round twice to help service all our alarms and get everything up and running on my phone with the cctv. He is really friendly and I most definitely recommend his services. Thanks again

Mike removed my 3 cameras from my old house and came today to put them all on my new house. It rained all day but it didn't put him off and he also fitted a camera for my next door neighbour the same day as someone suspicious had been in her garden and she was scared by it.

Had problems with our cctv and thouught we may need to upgrade. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He could have told us we needed a new system but he solved our problem and serviced our burglar alarm for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended 5☆ trader. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I recommend Bolton Alarms and rate them highly. Mike responded quickly to my initial enquiry and serviced and repaired my alarms within a couple of days from first contact. He was very patient with my many questions, explaining clearly what the problems were and how the systems worked. It was reassuring to see someone working who knows their trade. A massive THANK YOU to Mike of Bolton Alarms who has today gone well beyond the bounds of duty to repair our broken broadband connection. The job turned into hours rather than minutes but he soldered on until the job was complete.

Had my alarm serviced today by Mike. As always happy with the service.

We had an alarm system and a door camera fitted on 16/5/24 and until 8 weeks ago have been happy with the whole system. Now we are having problems with the door camera which is not working and I have emailed several times, rang several times , left messages for advice and no one has got back to me.
We were happy with the company and have recommended them to our friends, we were sold the system on the basis of the customer service being very good , but as you can see not being able to contact the company is definitely not good customer service - very frustrating and disappointing.
* Mike has now been in touch with us via his mobile number which we didn’t have and I feel certain that the issue we have can now soon be sorted *

Did a CCTV course here and found the teacher Julie to be not only a very good teacher but a very helpful and caring person.
Unlike other places where you might do Security Courses this is very much a smaller family operation and that makes it a much more friendly place.
