Can do better

I bid online and was not impressed by the way this was handled. Never a message confirming a bid, nor any news when I was outbid

Your staff are knowledgeable and efficient

easy to bid, real time notifications, fast fulfillment

I received my lot undamaged and in a timely manner. It was as described, and I’m happy with it.

It is a great setup and very friendly and the merchandise is amazing.

Perfecte Lay out voor voertuigen !

I visited and took part in the recent Fine Chinese Paintings auction in Hong Kong. The visit was informative with the help of my usual contact at Bonhams HK, Ms. Jennifer Wang. She was very professional and helpful. It was an overall very good experience.

Make it easier to get more background information on lots

I love Bonhams. I love their car auctions especially their handbag auctions. Thank you Bonhams!

It's an auction site ,yet I was unable to increase my bid in the last minute of open bidding. A complete waste of time and research and energy.Useless

Good communication with your expert, who sent me photos I requested. Sadly, did not win.

Great communication throughout the process. Will definitely be using again.

This was my first time bidding at a Bonhams auction. It was simple to register and they kept me informed of the status of my bid. As I wasn't sure of the next step after bidding, I sent an email. The response was immediate and so incredibly kind. Everything was just a simple process.

Response quick, polite and effective. Including follow up to understand the issue better even after resolution.

Online bidding said I was winning a bid then it closed and I lost it.
