It's an auction site ,yet I was unable to increase my bid in the last minute of open bidding. A complete waste of time and research and energy.Useless

This was my first time bidding at a Bonhams auction. It was simple to register and they kept me informed of the status of my bid. As I wasn't sure of the next step after bidding, I sent an email. The response was immediate and so incredibly kind. Everything was just a simple process.

Response quick, polite and effective. Including follow up to understand the issue better even after resolution.

Online bidding said I was winning a bid then it closed and I lost it.

The organisation of the auctions and the viewings are very well organised. It is all very professional.

The staff were very helpful during the viewings as well as afterwards explaining the process.

The collection of won items was a bit underwhelming, having to wrap a painting myself for example. At another auction house this was done for me.

The website keeps refreshing and saying it lost contact with the server.

The app makes it hard to find specific auctions.

This was the first time in eight years of buying from Bonhams that I experienced a small problem. However, Mr. Toby Willson personally called me directly here in Germany to help resolve the issue.

After speaking with him, we were able to resolve the problem very quickly. Mr. Willson truly listened to what I had to say and took the time to understand the situation from my perspective. He was extremely friendly and approachable—I genuinely felt like I was talking to a close friend rather than a customer service representative.

I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time, and it made me extremely happy. This is exactly the kind of experience that makes me want to continue buying from Bonhams for many years to come.

Once again, thank you very much, Mr. Willson, and thank you to everyone at Bonhams for your excellent customer service.

Im Vorfeld hatte ich telefonischen Kontakt mit einem ihrer Mitarbeiter. Dieser hat mich sehr gut beraten.

Was passed about from pillar to post with one after another out of office message referring me to someone else that was also out. Feels like they spend all their time at sporting events rather than supporting customers. Finally got a ridiculously low valuation from an automobilia "expert" who was dismissive and unfriendly. I had another valuation that was 33 times higher!
Really poor customer experience!

After Sale Service is Very Efficient. Once payment received , the Staff email me immediatel.

Sufficiently advanced notice of auction programme. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to advise customers.

Your team of staff were made me felt welcome, they were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable especially a lady called Ellen. Staff were happy to show the items from the display cabinets, assisted me in placing my bids.

What can I say a top auction house with exquisite products and a great service
