I wish to express my concern regarding the process followed while handing over my forex card.
Despite presenting all the required original documents, including my original passport, for verification and having completed all the necessary formalities and payment, I was unexpectedly asked to pose for a photograph before the card could be handed over.
I found this requirement to be unnecessary, intrusive, and quite uncomfortable. As a genuine customer who has already complied with every documentation and verification requirement, being photographed at the point of collection creates an impression that one is being treated with suspicion despite having done nothing wrong.
If such a practice is not mandated by law or regulatory authorities, I strongly urge your organization to reconsider and discontinue it. Customers who have already undergone full identity verification should not be subjected to additional measures that compromise their privacy or dignity without a clear explanation or legal basis.
I request you to clarify the purpose of this photography requirement, the legal or regulatory provision under which it is carried out, how these photographs are stored, who has access to them, and how customer privacy is protected.
I hope you will review this practice and take appropriate steps to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly experience in the future.

Most their reviews are fake.
Don't pay anything to this company in advance. They are scammers documents don't get uploaded and they say tech error. I had a flight in 4 hours and they said they will get back to me.
Till now no response already been 5 days.

I am moving germany on opportunity card and on their website booked euro multi-currency forex card. That card was delivered , but never linked or activated by bookmyforex. Value on that card was 1900 euro. Later they changed it to usd single currency forex card and increased value to usd 2481. 1900 euro =usd 2169. Asked to pay the difference on their app. That was paid in full. Now today again I am being asked to additional around 10000 inr. Single currency forex card still not activated.
