Amazing! Done my hearing test and Erin was the best. Highly recommend

Bought a pair of phonac hearing aids costing over 2 thousand pounds. No issues with order process. 3 months on I needed some replacement domes so popped into the Birmingham branch.
I was told to wait to be seen but was forgotten about. Then I was told to go to collection desk across the store as they don't sell the domes in the hearing centre. Felt utterly fobbed off and felt it was easier for sales assistant to give me the run around than find out the answer. Bit like a dodgy car warranty. Once sale is completed, they couldn't give a toss!!

Hopefully my local merryhill branch will give me better service.

I have now had a number of earwax removal appointments with Kate at the Central Birmingham store. On each occasion, she has been professional and very patient in helping sort my issues with persistent ear wax build up. On the most recent, she went was able to sort out a problem before I went travelling and I just wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for putting herself out to help me. Thank you.
