Everything was explained well and I was made to feel comfortable with the process at all times

I booked an Appointment for Monday, only to be told it was not in the system, and the response from the following complaint was unacceptable.

The sales person was very supportive with my hearing test and explained in detail my options for choosing the most suitable hearing aid
for my individual hearing loss

I went to Boots Hearingcare because I’ve always been pleased with the service provided by Boots Opticians. The appointment was easy to arrange. During the course of a full hearing test, my concerns were listened to carefully and sympathetically by the Audiologist. The process was all very reassuring and I’m very pleased with the hearing aids I ordered.

Great work by both audiologists I met at Bromley boots hearing care. Explained pro’s and cons and advised me to complete potential “We Work” claim which my company supported. The problem was big backlogs at We Work means it took them 6 months to let me know I needed an NHS audiologist to confirm my deafness and appointment with NHS and resubmitted claim would probably end up being a year. I therefore decided to self fund on interest free credit as the new hearing aids make such a difference to my life.

No problems with the lady who sold and did the ear moulds for my new aids but I had this done on 20.12.23 at a cost of about £3500. I found out only a couple of days later that Boots were offering a 15% discount. Obviously I am a bit miffed as I could have saved £525.00 if I had waited that couple of days.

Fatima was so very helpful and had all the time in the world to see that I understood was she was doing and why. Her "bedside manner" was exemplary.

Delighted.No wonder the family kept having a go at me to do something about it!!!!

Had Hearing Aid for less than 4 months and it working. For the price paid this is very bad. !

We had professional and knowledgeable guidance and most importantly no hard sell from our audiologist.

The audiologist was brilliant, very informative in an easy to understand manner.
Very thorough but a nice relaxed approach.
When it came to choosing a hearing aid she was not pushy and did not immediately go to the more expensive products
