I could hear the audiologist when he spoke, but because my hearing was so poor, I was unable to process what he was trying to say. At once he leant me a hearing aid, so that he could explain the fine details about my hearing. This showed that he was empathetic and understood at once my inability to grasp his explanation in it's entirety.

Life changing experience. Started a new job realised my hearing was suffering considerably in meetings and training. Jason made the whole experience pleasant from testing, discussing finances and choosing the right hearing aids for me, they’ve changed my life considerably, I am more confident in social gatherings and able to communicate without using pardon for the majority of the conversation.

I had serious problems getting a full assessment after the intial 15 minute job - first a cancellation and then an appointment when the store was actually closed! Inadequate help from customer care over this. Once I was face to face with Jason, my audiologist, my treatment was excellent, unhurried comprehensive and friendly advice, with the loan of hearing aids to get me used to them while my own were on order. The phonak aids supplied are excellent and a follow-up appoinment made for any adjustments if needed.
