No invoice and terrible service

I made some purchases from the bosch website on 30JUN25. I was awaiting an invoice which NEVER turned up. I required this as I needed to return one of the items I received. I made many phone calls to the departments to no avail apart from one individual who stated Bosch does not send out invoices now??? Despite all my calls no invoice.
I had one Bosch contact who helped me a great deal so I contacted him on 03SEP25. Yes still no invoice. Just decided to look at their reviews on Trustpilot. Amazing and I wondered why I was getting nowhere!
I was to receive a call/email from someone called Gavin. I spoke to him as I had found my delivery note for the products I ordered on 30JUN25. I was able to give him the appropriate details of the product I needed to return and asked/told him to contact the appropriate department to send me the returns label so I could return the product.
Weeks later and NOTHING. On the 18SEP25 I contacted Gavin as nothing has been received that was requested when I originally spoke to him. It was abundantly clear that he could not be bothered at all to what I had stated to him yet he states in his email, I know you did mention you had trouble writing emails and using a keyboard so if you need us to do this for you, please let me know and we will then start this for you. I had already stated what I requested and clearly ignored.
To add insult to injury he then deliberately ignored how my name was spelt and deliberately put his own version on the email.
I am proud of my name and do not tolerate rude, ill mannered and disrespectful individuals who cannot read English and show their illiteracy. He was rebuked in my follow up email and he could not even be bothered to apologise at all. I will require a written apology, in the post, so in future you may show Bosch customers a modicum of respect and take note of what is required and don’t just fire off an email ignoring what was required in the first place.

Bosch GCM305-254D mitre saw. Disappointment

purchased a new Bosch GCM305-254D mitre saw expecting a premium product. Very disappoiting product considering the premium price tag. I have an older version there is no comparison every corner has been cut with the new product. Any main stream budget saw would be comparable and almost a third of the price.It works as it should but the quality just is not there.

Incredibly poor service

Incredibly poor service, saw not shipped adequately protected as it was wrapped in pallet wrap on a loose pallet and no explanation from them just basically it is what it is, and now out of square (possibly due to impact). You try to contact someone and because you question things they start to come across rudely, slow service and slow at emails.

I will not be purchasing Bosch Professional tools again

If youre a professional tradesmen avoid bosch at all costs.

Initial repair ticket created 22nd june 2025. As of 14th august still not had my tool returned and people who work at bosch dont know where it is.

Sent it for a trigger on jigsaw not working. Was told after a week or so they didnt have the part in stock it would be ordered and returned to me on the friday. This was nearly 4 weeks ago now.

Honestly if youre like me and rely on your tools to earn a living save yourself the hassle of using bosch and buy a diffirent brand. Even dewalt are quicker than these guys and they arent quick by any means !

lost my drill

sent a drill for warranty repair over 3 weeks ago, they now have no clue where it is! when chased they send internal e-mails, seems they can't talk to each other.

Bosch ist kein Qualitätsprodukt mehr!

Habe die Bosch Professional gbh 2-26 f, ein richtig mieses Produkt.
Eine solche Produktreihe - mit dem Namen Professional - zu versehen, gränzt an Betrug. Profesional ist hier aber gar nichts, vielleicht noch am ehsten, werden hier die Leute professinel getäuscht.
Nach gerade mal zwei Löcher - 24mm - scheiterte die erste Bohrmaschine und die zweite schon beim fünften.

Bosch ist kein Qualitätsprodukt mehr!

Finger weg, es ist sein Franken nicht wert!

GSB 120-LI Drill drop in quality

I had a GSB 120-LI Drill for years, loved it.
Eventually the brushes wore down so I replaced it like for like.
Honestly, the drop in quality is crazy! Less torque, feels cheap, speed switch selector has failed within 6 months, that on top of a DOA battery. Time to look for a different brand.

Enttäuschender Bosch-Service bei Akkus, Ladegerät & fehlender Rückmeldung…

Ich nutze seit Jahren Bosch Professional Geräte, war bisher überzeugt – doch aktuell bin ich vom Service und Umgang mit Kunden leider sehr enttäuscht.

Zwei meiner ProCORE 18V 4.0Ah Akkus ließen sich nach einer Tiefentladung plötzlich nicht mehr laden. Die Akkus wurden stets pfleglich behandelt, selten genutzt, meist nur bis ca. 80 % geladen.

Ich habe beide eingesendet. Das Ergebnis:

Ein Akku soll für ca. 53 € repariert werden – allerdings nur mit 1 Jahr Garantie, während ein neuer Akku aktuell online zum gleichen Preis mit 2 Jahren Garantie erhältlich ist.

Der zweite Akku soll für rund 200 € repariert werden – obwohl er ebenfalls wenig genutzt wurde. Das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.

Vorab hatte ich bereits mein GAL 18V-160 C Ladegerät eingesendet. Dieses wurde am 20.09.2024 für 58,44 € ersetzt, da es laut Bosch als defekt galt. Heute ist klar: Das Ladegerät war vermutlich nie defekt, sondern die eingesendeten Akkus waren das Problem. Dennoch wurde mir das neue Ladegerät berechnet – ohne Rücksicht auf den Zusammenhang.

Hinzu kommt, dass ich seit Januar 2025 auf eine Rückmeldung zur Bosch ProDeal-Aktion warte. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails – zuletzt im April – kam keine Antwort. Am Telefon hieß es nur, die Abteilung sei überlastet.

Ich habe alle Unterlagen eingereicht, mehrfach telefoniert, Seriennummern und Fotos geliefert – aber es fehlt an Kulanz, Transparenz und echter Hilfsbereitschaft. Es wirkt leider so, als ob man sich aus der Verantwortung zieht.

Bosch wirbt mit Qualität und Professionalität – davon habe ich im Service leider zu wenig erlebt.

J’ai acheté un laser gll 3-80 cg avec option a 800euros celui ci a tenu 2 ans avec une utilisation normale, un des laser vertical ne fonctionne plus et cela sans aucune chute ou mauvais traitement, le service après vente m’a proposé la réparation a 400euros!ou 50 euros pour le le rendre en pièces détachées.une honte pour du matériel pro, plus jamais bosch

Absolute Ignoranz des ProDeal Supports

Absolute Ignoranz des ProDeal Supports. Ich kaufte ein Gerät und sah dann den ProDeal: "Kaufe eine oder mehrere Geräte über 199€ und bekomme einen 4.0Ah Akku" . Ich kaufte das zweite Gerät und lag in Summe Netto bei deutlich über 200€. Ich registrierte die Geräte und wollte die Prämie einlösen. Erst während der Registrierung stellte sich heraus, dass die Geräte am gleichen Tag gekauft worden und auf der gleichen Rechnung stehen müssen. Ich prüfte, ob ich das vorher übersehen hatte, aber die Info war nirgends zu finden.
Ich kontaktierte den Support, er meldete sich schnell und stelle komplette unnütze und unverständliche Fragen - es schien als hätte man meine Mail nicht wirklich gelesen. Ich sendete erneut alle Nachweise (Rechnungen, Screenshots, Beschreibung) der irreführerenden Kommunikation. Seitdem herrscht komplette Funkstille und der Support stellt sich trotz weiterer Nachfrage tot.

Ich bin vor zwei Jahren schonmal auf das Netto-Brutto Thema reingefallen, was Bosch Professional mittlerweile besser auf der Webseite kommuniziert. Auch da war der Support absolut nutzlos und ignorant. Auch damals gab es keine Lösung, geschweige denn eine Kundenbindende Maßnahme.

Ich dachte ProDeals soll Kunden incentivieren und nicht maximal von der Marke abschrecken. Ich werde nun mein Bosch Professional Equipment zurückschicken und auf Manitou oder Makita umsteigen. Traurig, dass der Kundenservice und deren unfähige Kommunikation so gute Geräte versauen und ein Marken-Image so beschädigen kann.

Miese Tour

Ich habe bei einer Aktion von Bosch (Pro Deal) teilgenommen . Dabei bekommt man beim Kauf eines Bosch Professionell Geräts ab einer bestimmten Summe einen Extraakku. Obwohl ich beim Preis deutlich über dem Schwellenwert lag, ging ich leer aus, da nur der Nettopreis zählt.
Für einen Privatkunden sind die Nettopreise im Moment der Bestellung im Internet oder in einem Ladengeschäft nicht ersichtlich. Die ganze Aktion ist ja darauf ausgelegt, dass möglichst viele Kunden in diese Falle tappen. Selbstredend werde ich in Zukunft ihre Produkte meiden. Dies sollte kein größeres Problem darstellen

Bosch 3601HB6001Multi Tool Failure - Very Poor Service and Warranty Process

Bosch 3601HB6001Multi Tool - Product Failed while in warranty (after very little use). Tool had to be sent away for repairs taken more than 4 weeks and still don't have a functioning multi-tool. Poor warranty process, ignored requests for refund, didn't respond to emails. Worst service. Very disappointing given the amount of Bosch tools that I have. No longer a Bosch advocate. Will be changing to Milwaukee for future tool purchases.

Alter Schwede

Alter Schwede, was wird den hier geschrieben ?
Habe ca. 25 Bosch Professional Maschinen.
1 Staubsauge für 600€ nach ca. 1,5 Jahren war die Filterreinigung defekt. Bosch Online Reparaturauftrag ausgefüllt, Termin angegeben fertig.
Gerät wurde Termingerecht abgeholt und 1 Tag später bekam ich ne Mail, Gerät fertig 3 Tage später, wurde mir ein Neugerät mit allem Zubehör geliefert.
Das Zubehör hatte ich nicht eingeschickt.
2 Procore AKKU(ca. 2Jahre alt) 8AH eingeschickt und
Angebot für Reparatur bekommen. Auftrag erteilt 2 Tage später nagelneuen Procore Akku für 73€ bekommen. Ich habe mein Leben noch keinen besseren Service erlebt.!!!!!
Und das alles noch mit 1 Jahr Garantie
