I put my old email address on my order and I no longer have access to it so I contacted customer services it was the quickest most simple transaction ever if only every customer service could be like this!

Bows is such a friendly, helpful and caring family company. The team always want to look out for their customers and any problems are quickly and efficiently solved with respect and kindness to the customer. This company are amazing and cant be recommended enough

Vienna jacket size 18.
Its a beautiful jacket for sure as its very heavy and warm. This is not a complaint by any means, but when the jacket is zipped up, the fur is that thick at the zip, the jacket is then too tight. I ordered 1 size bigger than i am, but its uncomfortable as theres not much wiggle room. The fur at the zip makes it awkward as its in the inside of the jacket, i thought the fur was on the outside when zipped up as thats what it looks like on the photos/video on the website. This is the first i have worn the jacket as its been too wet to wear it before now, hence the late review.

I’ve recently come across Bows Boutique. Love the page , great to see the clothing modelled as you can get a good idea of how it fits . Just received some knee length tan boots , can’t remember the name, but they are brilliant, true to size & comfy . I’ve already ordered more things . The only downside for me , the jumpers I ordered had already sold out of the colour that I wanted . Tempted to come & visit but I’d need an empty credit card !!! Loads of lovely things.

Great quality at affordable price. I have 2 of the crossover jumpers now and I love them. So versatile. They are very flattering and stylish whilst being super comfy. Delivery was quick.
