Parcel arrived within a couple of days and in good condition. I purchased a faux fur coat and the quality is very good, perfect fit and looks really nice.

So I placed an order today then afterwards noticed a PAYDAY 15% off discount code, so I sent a message to Bows Boutique telling them them this and honestly thinking it’s my own fault as I should have checked for any discounts, but straight away I had a response asking for my order number so as they could refund me the 15% . OMG!!!! What service is this AMAZING!!! And this is why we should all support this company and they definitely Always do the best by thier customers ♥️♥️THANKYOU AGAIN!!! I ordered the Sadia chunky knit cardigan and was delighted with the quality of the cardigan when it arrived. The softness if the fabric and the hand-knitted appearance gives the impression of a much more expensive cardigan. I am 14/16 and the fit is great a little oversized which is perfect for wearing as a jacket with a cosy scarf and gloves in a cold but dry day. Usual high standard of customer service and speed of delivery.
