Our new Nose-to-Tail Cover has been developed to offer a more flexible solution that allows pet owners to choose different coverage options depending on what is important to them, while giving them more control over their premiums. Key features include zero sub-limits, up to $30k annual benefit limit and up to 90% back on your eligible vet bills. Customers can choose to add on an annual excess of $250 or $500, which is only paid once per policy period. I was pleasantly surprised that you actually paid the full amount and I was out of pocket very little….. this is the first time
I ever had Pet insurance always thought the amount was so expensive but after this I saved hundreds already so Thank You, for actually making being insured fair. You read so many horrible stories of companies not there for clients when they need it the most. I was very stressed about it since I am also on a low fixed income. But you made me feel confident I did the right thing to insure my 1 year old Standard Poodle 🐩 . Thank you I really hope the future experiences are the same.

Phone customer service is shocking and…
Phone customer service is shocking and a waste of time. I had to repeat why I was calling numerous times because the guy wasn't listening to me. On top of that, after being clear from the start that the policy was under my partners name, after making me spell out my full first name and last name he tells me he can't provide any details to me because im not the policy holder.

The customer service team likely asked you to spell your full name to check and see if you were an authorised person on the account. Due to privacy legislation, we are unable to provide details to anyone unless they are the policy holder or an added authorised person. I'm sorry that the customer service representative didn't clarify this earlier and that you felt it was a waste of time. I would like to have our team review this incident so we can improve. Very quick pain free refund / easy
The vet had my vet bill submitted straight away - no time lag - easy efficient and l got my refund straight into my account ! I actually was very pleased as we had had a stressful time ( good result) re our kitty . Thank you , such a good admin at this pet insurance.

Maude the Douge De Bordaeux
Bow Wow Meow were amazing processing gap payment at our vet after our 8-Month-old Douge De Bordaeux Maude ate a tile spacer and required surgery to remove it, great work by Bow Wow Meow and Pacific vets, Maude is home and happy, thank you excellent service.

I wasn't expecting to get anything back…
I wasn't expecting to get anything back for Taco's emergency visit to the vet but was thrilled to get back all but $80. It was such a relief and I won't hesitate taking her next time knowing she's covered.

I can not fault bow wow meow pet insurance for the service they bring to our fur babies they don't muck around when your pets have any health issues they are right there I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into it for there beloved fur babies

A terrible waste of money
A terrible waste of money! We have been paying large premiums (that go up huge amounts each year!) for many months but every time we claim they find a reason not to pay. It’s totally not worth the money. Save the dollars instead towards your pet’s care.
