item came really quickly but headphones…
item came really quickly but headphones were damaged or not working, i emailed, saying i was pleased with the phone but the headphones not so much.... never received a acknowledgment let alone a reply or resolve the issue

Hello, yes sorry we let you down here. As it is the earpiece supplied in the box by the manufacture which is faulty, we were chasing a replacement, but we never got back to you. We are trying to source another ear piece and we hope we can send it out this week...Sorry again.

Delivered phone within two days. Delivery firm emailed with time of delivery which was exact time. Would recommend using Boxtech again.

Superb company to deal with.
Brought a phone from them and was dispatched really quickly and emailed to say they had,got another email from DPD they had delivered my phone to which nothing had been put through my door or card saying they left it with neighbours or anything. DPD said they had and boxedtech quickly on the case with myself and DPD and after 2 days another phone was delivered to my door by DPD this time it was given to me by a driver.
This company went over and beyond to help me sort this mess out and done time and themselves proud, I would use again and highly recommend them.

Perfect in every way!
I bought this phone for my daughter and was very pleased with this transaction and she was also very well leased with the phone. The order arrived on time as promised and the phone was as described on the website.
