Mon avis a été refusé sur Amazon car, selon eux, c’est la boutique Brabantia qui s'y oppose.
Conclusion à propos de la boutique Brabantia:
-manque total de professionnalisme
-Refus de leur responsabilité
-mépris des clients.

Excellent response to a problem I had with ironing board cover. Offered to send replacement within a few days .

I had a problem with a Brabantia kitchen bin which was resolved when I was informed that it was covered by a 10 year warranty! Quite exceptional help from the customer advisor in dealing with the matter and the replacement part was placed on order for delivery in 3-5 days. 5 Star service !!

After 10+ years of excellent service, the catch on our Brabantia roll-top bread bin failed. Then I read what they say about their environmental credentials on their website, so I contacted them to see if spare parts were still available.

They immediately sent me a complementary catch. This arrived safely, the next day; fitting proved straightforward and it now works perfectly.

I would have been happy to pay for a new catch, so they went way beyond my expectations. I wish more companies were like this, especially given our planet has such tough environmental challenges!

Bin lid cracked; nearly five years old. Contacted the company with pic showing damage. Response next day and new bin lid being sent, no charge.

I told them it was a 13 year old product - 'No Problem!

They a new closure by mail within 2 days - No Cost!

Je viens de remplacer ma poubelle Brabancia achetée il y a 15 ans, toujours en service mais plus très présentable pour en acheter une neuve très jolie Brabancia évidemment !
Je l'ai acheté les yeux fermés me fiant à ma bonne expérience de la marque. ET BIEN QUELLE DECEPTION! Quand j'appuie sur la pédale elle part dans tous les sens tellement elle est légère!! La qualité n'est plus au RDV C'est certain qu'elle ne va pas durer.... de la vraie pacotille!
Par contre le prix est toujours aussi élevé ! Je suis vraiment déçue et ne recommanderai plus cette marque autour de moi !

Een afvalemmer gekocht, maar het pedaalmechanisme was gebroken. Contact gehad en vlot een nieuw product ontvangen, echter was hier ook het pedaalmechanisme kapot. Via de mail contact gezocht, maar geen reactie. Geprobeerd te bellen, maar ook daar krijg ik geen contact. Erg jammer, normaal ben ik erg blij met de producten van brabantia.

Terrible company. I have 6 of their waste disposal products at home. The touch lid bins in the bathrooms have the most flimsy mechanisms which regularly snap. How hard it is to design and manufacture a bin that actually opens? Extremely frustrating - useless for its intended purpose. I am sick of having to order replacement lids/catches. I spent over £200 on my 2x30l kitchen bin. As others have said, it is made of the flimsiest material that you only have to breathe on for it to dent. I politely emailed customer service who were most unhelpful telling me that this is wear and tear (Sasha). I have had other similar metal bins in the past which cost much less that have never ending up looking unsightly due to dents. I’m surprised this company is still trading.

Poubelle de moins de 6 mois avec soit disant une garantie de 10 ans....le couvercle ne ferme plus correctement ce n'est pas pris en charge à moi de racheter un couvercle en plus la matière est trop fragile !

Brabantia Customer Care has had its fair share of problems, dealing with failed deliveries by its designated courier, carrying a package for me. I've made three phone calls & each time, the Care Assistants went out of their way to facilitate delivery. On the last occasion, the assistant and I tracked the progress of the van. We were on the phone for just under an hour! I can't praise the Customer Care Assistants highly enough. Going the extra mile just doesn't come close.

I emailed regarding faulty clothes dryer at 8am, by 1pm i was advised a replacenent would be dispatchrd

Onwijs trage en slechte klantenservice. Pakket niet ontvangen, terwijl het wel op bezorgd stond. Klantenservice reageert er traag en denkt niet mee. Gelukkig had ik met Klarna betaald en zijn hun erachteraan gegaan, anders had ik kunnen fluiten naar mijn geld!

Why don’t you make your bins stronger? They are expensive! Too flimsy and easily dent. So I replaced my brabantia large recycling bin because it had a dent in it. The new bin, I only pushed back against the wall using my knee with NO force and that dented it. Something which cost well over £100 should be made far stronger. I can’t keep replacing my bin. I spent along time with a hairdryer trying to make it look better - it’s what Google said to do. Made a slight difference.

Do you use cheap rubbish materials to make the customer buy new bins? Well I wouldn’t buy the same bin again and it’s very bad for the climate! Now landfill.

Following some abuse by my 5-year-old Grandson, the opening system on my Brabantia pedal bin failed as a small plastic clip that keeps the mechanism together broke. My immediate thought turned to buying a new bin all because of the failure of a small plastic clip.
But I turned to the Brabantia web site to find that a replacement was available at only £2.50. My immediate thought was £2.50 for the clip and £6.99 packaging and post.
To my surprise, no charge for delivery! Ordered on 22 Dec, delivered 1st class 24 Dec. Well done Brabantia and Postal service. Not easy to fit and instructions would have been useful.
