Slechte klantenservice, slechte kwaliteit zeepdispenser.
Bij Bol.com besteld voor 18.90 euro. Na enkele weken viel bij gebruik al de dop van de dispenser. Op verzoek van Brabantia een demo filmpje gemaakt. Zij reageerden dat op het filmpje de dispenser leeg was en dat ik te hard in de dispenser zou knijpen. Ze namen het hierdoor niet in behandeling maar stuurden mij terug naar Bol. De dispenser was leeg omdat iedere keer bij gebruik de zeep verloren ging, en het was normale kracht bij het knijpen. Het is best een duur ding, dat is mijn eigen keuze, maar dan wil je toch wel meer kwaliteit en zeker een betere klantenservice.

Koop hier geen producten en geef vooral je gegevens niet!. Ondanks dat je aangeeft geen nieuwsbrieven te ontvangen bij het bestellen van producten doen ze dit toch! God weet aan wie ze je data nog meer verkopen .

Op de website wordt vermeld dat de pedaalemmers van het model NewIcon een binnenemmer hebben. Ik gebruik één van de pedaalemmers voor gft afval, met daarin een bio-afbreekbare zak. Deze zakjes gaan snel verteren en kan ik niet los naar de vuilcontainer vervoeren. Dat betekent dat ik met het zakje in de binnenemmer vanuit mijn flat met de trap naar beneden en over straat naar de vuilcontainer moet lopen. Geen probleem als de binnenemmer een hengsel heeft. Maar de binnenemmers van dit model worden zonder hengsel geleverd. Dan moet je die bak bij de rand vasthouden en dat gaat tijdens het lopen scheef en wordt een geknoei. Brabantia liet mij weten dat ik tegen betaling van 16,80 euro een emmertje met hengsel van een oud model kan kopen. Ik vind dat echt zo kinderachtig en geen goede reclame voor een merk dat normaal degelijke producten levert. Op de website wordt nergens vermeld dat de nieuwe binnenemmers geen hengsel hebben. Is een emmer zonder hengsel wel een emmer?

We bought a Brabantia 60l kitchen bin about 15 years ago. As you can imagine, it’s used heavily. A few years ago, the clicking mechanism to close the bin lid went, and it was incredibly easy to get replacement parts, at a decent price. They didn’t try to gouge you, like so many companies do, on the spare parts. A couple of days ago, the lid hinge mechanism went. Brabantia customer service was very efficient, sending me a link to the replacement, which arrived in a couple of days. Their products are not the cheapest, but they are worth it given their durability, parts replacement and customer service. Sadly unlike most other companies and products nowadays.

Na 10 jaar was de sluiting van onze Brabantia touch bin (grote prullenbak met clickdesksel) stuk/lam. Tot mijn grote verbazing kon ik voor nog geen €4 een setje met de onderdelen op hun website bestellen. Geen verzendkosten (vanaf België notabene) en binnen 3 dagen in huis. Onvoorstelbaar goede service, en duurzaam bovendien omdat de prullenbak weer 10 jaar mee kan. Hulde !!

WasNa het kwijtraken van een kleine rubber afsluitring tijdens het afwassen van een metalen "Make and Take" isoleerbeker heb ik contact opgenomen met de serviceafdeling voor het bestellen van een vervangende ring. Na enkele dagen een keurig bericht terug, maar helaas geen oplossing; losse onderdelen voor de beker zijn niet beschikbaar. Ook niet voor de kwtsbare onderdelen zoals de afsluitringen. Helaas is hierdoor de beker niet meer bruikbaar (lekkende "Take" beker in de tas is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling) en belandt deze nauwelijks gebruikte metalen beker met plastic deksel op de vuilnishoop. Daarom een lage score voor dit weinig duurzame bedrijf. En uiteindelijk een dure aankoop van ruim 20 euro voor een produkt met 5 jaar garantie waar geen reserveonderdelen voor zijn. Mijn verwachtingen waren in ieder geval hoger.

I telephoned customer service for part for bin. Part was sent within two days at no charge. Excellent service, quite rare these days 🙂

I bought an ironing board in 2016 which has been serving me well since. It broke after being used a few weeks ago and I wrote to customer service at Brabantia. A few days after initial contact with them they delivered a brand new replacement ironing board.

BRABANTIA, ce n’est plus ce que c’était. Les poubelles en structure aluminium ont un maximum de pièces plastique de qualité moyenne (flexibles!). le couvercle plastique fait bas de gamme; L’arceau permettant d’extraire le seau intérieur a été retiré… et de surcroît les poubelles sont mal conditionnées: un simple carton ne protège pas l’intérieur, de sorte que sur les 3 modèles successivement reçus, 3 étaient cabossés. C’est la dernière fois que je commande BRABANTIA.

I recently bought a new ironing board from Brabantia via Amazon. Sadly there was a small tear on the cover in an area where it would get worse quite quickly. I gave them a 4 star review because of that.
However I reached out to their customer service team and today I received a new board cover with their compliments. Thank you to Ruth who dealt with my concerns quickly and in a very friendly and efficient way. Now I'm giving the company 5 stars, as I have been totally satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Bought a washing line and the arms bent on the first use.
The materials are very flimsy, would not recommend it

I ordered and paid for a White 16L bin.
I received a grey 16L bin.
When I contacted customer service they said, oh we don't do a white one.
So why let me order in the first place and why send a grey one.
I requested a return label, I now have to fill a returns form, print labels off and take to the post office. Then if it is returned in good condition I can get my refund. Just don't bother buying from them.

J’ai une poubelle de cuisine depuis plus de 15 ans. J’ai trouvé une pièce détachée sur le site pour la réparer. Bravo à Brabantia pour la qualité et la durabilité!

Livraison incomplète. Pas de second colis annoncé. Ma commande intégrale est censée être livrée intégralement, ce qui est faux. De plus les 3 autres produits sont arrivés dans un vieux cartons bien cabossé, sans papier à l'intérieur pour caler ces produits. Aucun bon de livraison à l'intérieur. Service déplorable. Je recommande de fuir ce site. J'avais auparavant été satisfaite, ce n'était pas ma première commande. Mais maintenant c'est terminé !

Le service client est très réactif et m'a répondu dans la journée car il me manquait un colis. Il a été livré le lendemain.
Les articles sont de très belle qualité. Je commanderais à nouveau sur le site.

Brilliant customer service! The pedal mechanism on our bin broke so I emailed Brabantia asking if they sell parts to replace the mechanism. They asked me for photos and proof of purchase and the next thing I know, they are sending me a replacement bin free of charge. I didn't ask or expect a replacement as we've had the bin a few years now. Very well-deserved 5 stars.

Rubbish products and they won't honour the warranty. Bought a pan but it broke very easily from regular home use. Tried to return it with receipt but absolutely useless - take forever, give you wrong information and make you lose the will...I guess it's one way to wear you down and give up!

This is the second review, and the first time ever I have done a double review for a company, that reflects how poor I think Barbantia Top Spinners 40M are.
Yet again a crimp has come off a section of line, so we now have three sections that have failed. I did explain to customer support that this would happen, and they still will not honour the guarantee without a copy of the till receipt. So how long before the next line breaks?
