I arrived this morning to collect my order (order #16974) after sitting in traffic for more than an hour.
By nature, I love people and interacting with them.
I greeted the three men in the collections office 3 times, loud, clear and with my usual friendliness... The 1st and 2nd greeting the completely ignored me! After almost shouting HELLO, the 3rd time, only 1 person looked up, acknowledged me and eventually assisted me. Running my own business for more that 19 years, friendliness and just a tad bit of courtesy can go a very, very long way. In my eyes, sadly they were pathetic and as a first time buyer from your company, I will possibly never support you again.

I’ve received the most terrible service from Brandability. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I will never use their business again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will continue to not recommend them to anyone. I placed an order with them and explained to Nate exactly what I needed the gift bags for and what I would be using them for. He sent me an extremely small bag and extremely big bag. When I complained a guy named Stephen from customer service then picked up that Nate was the one who made an error after his investigations. I informed them the order was urgent. They then made me pay again for the order and sent the correct size gift bags for both sizes but all the bags came with the logo off center. They knew the order was urgent and requested that the bags need to be sent back to jhb for inspections. What the hell, the order was urgent and I needed to make use of the off center bags. Now they can’t do anything about it and won’t refund my money. Terrible terrible company. Rather use a company called Brand Innovation that offers the best service and accommodates their customers in every way possible.
