Excellent service in a record time

Helpful and friendly staff particularly as it’s a very busy environment. Courtesy car was great. Phoned me as soon as the car was ready. Explained what had been done and my car had been cleaned. Great service.

Friendly and helpful service. Welcoming staff here. Service completed on time with plenty of notice for collection time. Made sure all paperwork was correctly filled out and logbook completed for the work before I left.

Always a pleasure dealing with Enfield Kia. I thought I'd booked a while you wait MOT but it was a day booking but they were happy to do it while I wait. So kind of them and really helped me out as had errands to run before travelling away for the weekend. Thank you.

Tried to book a collect & deliver service and MOT. Informed that Brayleys ‘don’t do ‘collect and deliver’ any more’. Instead I had to waste 3 hours driving there, waiting, and driving back. Disappointed with this change.
However when I reached Kia Enfield, the car was taken for service straight away and I waited 1.5 hours.
Overall a good experience. Shame no collect and deliver. Need to bring this back as may go elsewhere.

Completed Service &MOT in a timely manner and called me when the job was completed.
However, they said they could not do an update on my screen/ Sat Nav - it had to be booked separately and had to be paid for, I thought this was done until the car was under warranty and would be provided under a Service Plan I had.

Fantastic service from Ahmed. Nothing was too much for him and he was just brilliant.

I HAD ASKED FOR THE RADIO BUTTONS TO BE CHECKED AS IT GETS JAMMED THEY DID NOT CHECK THAT

I book my car long time for mot and service and I dropped my car 8.10 in the morning and I was second person and did not get text message or email so I ended get taxi which costed money at 5 pm and when I got there I was informed car is in workshop so and it got finnished at 17.55 so I am not sure how this works as I was last person to collect as mort cars came later and all got done before they done my car

Very helpful and efficient receptionist and the recall repair was completed in under 30 minutes.

I make an appointment 4 Months ago for MOT , Service, recalls and a repair that an other a part to be done on my Car . On the day in my appointment I arrived at 8:30Am, the was two receptions at the desk, given attitudes to each other and rolling eyes to each other I felt uncomfortable .
3 hours later come back to collect my Car u was told that my Mot and Service was done, and thete can’t fix the recalls and the part didn’t arrive . I was unhappy whit the service Brayley Kia Enfield the receptionist was unprofessional and the Service was very Poor.
Unfortunately my car wasn’t washed as well,.
Very disappointed

I was there for my car servicing and to fix door rubber which was pre booked. In the morning they also add a aircon treatment. I was happy about that. They did the service and aircon but didn’t bother to look for the door rubber. Beside that when I was there for other service I also added a MOT. That time they did only service but forgot about MOT. So I think there is something wrong with their management of the work.
