Booked in to sort why clock on dashboard wont update Engineer altered it next day having resrarted the car same issues.

Took my car in for a service and minor fault issue.Easy booking process. I was contacted via text and email prior to arrival and kept up to date with the process.Staff were friendly and proffesional, great service.

I received exceptional, highly efficient service from the Nissan Brayley team during my recent contact regarding a breakdown and during my visit to the store. They promptly addressed my specific needs, including detailed explanations of vehicle health checks. Based on this positive experience, I will confidently recommend their services to all my family and friends.

Car was in for diagnostic due to intermittent fault with push button starting. Car was in most of the day but all that was checked was unlocking / locking / starting / stopping Car. I was later told that a diagnostic cannot check this kind of fault as a fault code is not generated and you would need the vehicle at the tome of the fault. I was not charged for the diagnostic but it was suggested that the keys could be reset. I agreed to this but find it surprising that a simple reset of keys would warrant the full £180 diagnostic fee. Also, there's no guarantee that the fault would happen again.
I just feel fir what was actually done, this did not warrant the high price

I have been a Nissan owner since 2018 and always had Nissan service plan and had serviced my Nissan at the same garage. Over the years, I have seen cost cutting and deteriorating customer service. No reflection on the fantastic staff at the dealership, however, employees can only be inspired by Nissan policy and dealership management, which they follow to the letter. Hence, no personal service and no such thing as a valued customer. Sad to say, I have one more service under my long service plan. Nissan - you have lost this customer.

Excellent customer service and negotiated a good deal with them

It was easy to book my service. I was met as i walked in. The lady on service called me a taxi which i was very grateful for to take me home. I was contacted during the service. I was even offered a lift back to the garage to pick up my car. I thought very much above and beyond. VERY impressed

Great from start to finish. Fixed my tyre pressure warning light and central locking system. Lovely staff Zoe Higgins was extremely helpful. Booking the car in the day before was quick and easy too.

I made a mistake with my booking and arrived at the dealer a day after . They were well within their rights to to tell me to rebook but after a quick phone call Zoe said she would squeeze us in . Also while the car was being worked on she called us to advise that some of the work we had asked for didn’t in fact need to done . I cannot thank Zoe enough she really put us as customers first

Went in for a free audio software upgrade and routine call back for childlocks ...was told could collect at end of the day, dropped off at 11 am got it back around 2 hrs later ...fantastic
