Shirt I bought was too big. Wanted to return for a size down, but found I had to pay return shipping fee. Fee cost almost as much as price of shirt.

Lovely colour, good fit and good quality. It is my favourite tee and I love the long sleeves.

Awful quality and customer service. Bought a jumper, it shrunk after one wash, washing instructions followed. While I do understand this can sometimes happen as companies cannot control everything, I do not expect the customer service team to not help and blame me.
