Amazing product and Service

I recently purchased a Farwa coat from House of Thobes, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The coat is absolutely amazing, and the quality is excellent. The customer service was fantastic too, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend House of Thobes to anyone looking for quality products and great service.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality Thobes! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came across this company while searching online and was pleasantly surprised to discover they were based in Birmingham, which was a lovely bonus!
The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the thobes was brilliant. We needed matching thobes for the men and children in our family, and everyone I shared them with loved them so much that they ended up purchasing the same ones!
Really pleased with the overall experience, the service and the quality. Would definitely recommend and order again. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. The company policy stinks. I wanted to exchange an item for a different size, it was purchased on sale. I was informed that I could exchange the item for a smaller size but would need to now pay the full price for the new exchange as the item was no longer on sale. The company policy is that they don’t do a like for like exchange if the item is no longer on sale. It’s quite clear they are simply out to make money out of people rather than appease customers. Will never purchase again from this company, there are plenty of other thobe retailers with far better quality products.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed, but we feel your review doesn't fully reflect the circumstances or the options offered to you.
Your original purchase was made during a promotional sale, which subsequently ended. The promotional price was no longer available to any customers, and the standard selling price applied to everyone. The price was not increased specifically for you or in response to your exchange request.
When you contacted us about exchanging your item for a smaller size, we explained our policy and offered you the option to return your original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order at the current selling price. This is an approach also used by other retailers when promotional offers have ended. While we understand you would have preferred to receive the replacement at the original sale price, we believe in applying our pricing policies consistently and fairly to all customers.
We also take exception to the suggestion that our intention was simply to make money from you. The promotion ended for everyone, and the same pricing applied to all customers. We offered you an alternative solution, but unfortunately, this was not the outcome you wanted.
We welcome constructive feedback and understand that customers may disagree with our policies. However, during our communication, your disagreement escalated into abusive and derogatory comments towards our business. We believe that customers and businesses alike should be able to discuss concerns respectfully, even when they disagree.
We respect your right to share your experience and your decision not to shop with us again. However, we don't believe it's fair to portray a consistently applied pricing policy as an attempt to take advantage of an individual customer, particularly when an alternative solution was offered.

We are disappointed to see your review, particularly as we did respond to your concerns and made genuine attempts to resolve the situation for you, which you chose not to proceed with.
While we understand your frustration, we feel the review as a whole does not fairly reflect the service and communication you received from us. In particular, describing the communication as “slow” is not something we feel accurately reflects our efforts to address your concerns once they were raised.
We always take customer feedback seriously and are happy to address any genuine concerns. In this instance, a new staff member mistakingly mixed up your order. This can happen from time to time as we are all human. Given that we did make efforts to resolve the matter, we would respectfully ask you to reconsider your review.
We hope you’ll reconsider, as we feel this would provide a fairer reflection of your overall experience with us.
