Excellent service - gave my large tin of floor paint a shake ready for use.

I needed a wood preservative to paint a cabin before putting sadolin coloured stain on and could not get the sadolin preserver, speaking to Tina about the problem she did some research and got back to me, problem solved.

Extremely helpful staff who perfectly matched a required colour of emulsion paint by way of a mixing machine.

Ordered and paid for 2 items on line to be collected but was then phoned to say one of the items was out of stock despite the website saying it was in stock!

The guy on the phone admitted their website was very poor and didn’t update in real time.

I had to ask for my money to be refunded but the guy didn’t know how to do that and would have to ring me back when he had found the way to do it!

Very helpful with my request for coloured masonry paint. Was available to collect when they stated it would be and very pleased with the introductory voucher.
