Ordering online is very easy and quick, and their delivery service for a Brewers account holder is second to none.

I regularly used Brewers commercially over twenty years ago (different branch) and it was hard to fault the service. Having recently started to use them again privately from the Eastbourne branch it's gratifying to find the same quality service and customer interactions are still maintained. Great company and good products with very useful product support and advice where required.

I wanted some Farrow and Ball paint at short notice to finish a job already started - ordered online easily with prompt delivery a few days later so all good, very happy with the service.

The best price I could find for the paint I needed to paint the exterior of my house. Ordered 14:00 hours delivered to West Wales by 10:00 the following morning. You can't ask for better price or service!!!!

No problem with the paint but when we went to collect it from the store the service was painfully slow. There seems to be precious little social engagement from staff - more of a general apathy. A good morning or even just a smile would have been nice. It's a pity because we do try to support local businesses as much as we can.

Knowledge, stock and price all the reason why I go to Brewers

I use Brewers a lot for my Interior Design Projects and actually give them a lot of business there is one EXTREMELY RUDE staff member (middle aged lady) I cannot even believe she is allowed to talk to customers in the manner she does... every time I have asked for help she has treated me in utmost disrespect and her body language, tone of voice and choice of words are unprofessional and totally mannerless... I have always left feeling absolutely flabbergasted at how she has treated me... I did call to speak to the manager to find out her name so I can complain to head office but the manager has refused to give me her name. This kind of disgusting behaviour should never be allowed. Having said this ALL other staff members are very helpful.

Prompt delivery and friendly staff.

We were very pleased with the service at Brewers, Birch Rd. We bought a can of Forest Green paint to match the cupboards in our kitchen but found it to be a different shade when we started to use it. We took the paint back thinking Brewers had got it wrong but they explained to us that Forest Green has many shades so would not nessesarily match someone else's Forest Green. They showed us their colour chart and we chose another shade that we knew would match and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us have it free of charge when it wasn't their mistake in the first place.

I bought some paint that had to be ordered in and then 'mixed'
When I went to collect the young lady serving me didn't mix it so when I got home the decorator opened it and started using it. The next day i discovered the colour wasn't right and we worked out what had happened.
So annoying as I had to go back, get the second tin mixed and Brewers had to order another tin which delayed my decorator from completing my project.
Everything got resolved in the end by Aidan - a very helpful young man and a credit to the Brewers Team. (I would have given 5 stars had it not been for this mishap!)
