we have visited this store 3 times in the last month and each time we have been given great friendly advice about paint finishes for various rooms, colours and even which brushes are best for certain jobs. We're glad we signed up for an account and got some discount as we have bought a lot of paint? ;) Their Albany paint is the best paint we have ever used and came mixed to the specific colours we required. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I find the service is always good here. Quick, and collection makes it so much easier now with the outside containers, ( one thing is the padlocks for the containers can be hard to read, as silver, finding the light when early starting can be difficult to see, ideally different coloured padlocks could work better)

Simple straight forward online ordering picked up at friendly Milton Keynes branch

Alston drive is a knowledgeable branch that works very well despite staff shortages and issues with suppliers during the pandemic.

Ordered a few items click and collect. Never heard from them. Turned up at the shop to be told that they are waiting for one item to arrive but the rest of the order has been ready for over 3 weeks, No updates throughout. I will just order from Amazon next time.

Friendly and helpful staff with a good selection of products at reasonable prices.
