I ran out of paint whilst decorating. Ordered online late Saturday afternoon as I needed to get the job finished. By the time I arrived the paint was ready to collect. Excellent service. Thanks

I went in to re order a custom mixed Dulux colour which went without a hitch and was told it would be ready the following week. Unfortunately a delivery of the Dulux base that was expected did not arrive and this is where most people would have called and just cancelled on me. Not Carol !! Carol took it upon herself to call round all the other branches to check stock and when they didn't have any she still didn't give up and then called Dulux Centre directly and persuaded them to sell me the last tin. It turned out not only did Carol solve the issue but ended up with my paint being mixed that same morning. Fantastic service from Carol

Great idea but it was quite a while until paint was ready and as I needed it straight away it would have been quicker to go straight to store. This is more about my impatience as I thought it would be a 5 minute wait not an hour to get confirmation I will use it again but will order the day before I need it

Tinted gloss paint, solvent based.
Very liquid so easy to apply and NO brush marks.
Very different from "usual" paints so need to learn how to apply without drips on the floor but excellent finish and high gloss.
Dries as it says on the tin but full hardness takes about 7 days.
Also bought 2 soft tip brushes so they may have helped.

Had spent ages looking for a specific colour in the Dulux emulsion range. No luck in shops, online etc. Went onto the Brewers site and located a close by store. Ordered 10 Litres ready for collection of Trade Dulux. The store (Nuneaton) was very helpful and order was ready the next day. Totally impressed with the service and the quality of the paint. It covered the walls great and was easy to apply. For a small room we bought a 2.5L Dulux can from a local DIY store. It was awful to apply in relation to the Trade Dulux. Converted to the Trade version now. Great paint, give it a go.
