Promised next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Needed paint to finish job that day. On phoning( for the second time, first time they didn’t answer,)found they were holding paint back whilst waiting for a box of filler to come in! And didn’t bother to tell me! Had to drive 45 mins each way to collect paint myself. Very unprofessional. Have now found another supplier I can rely on.

Great range of products at highly competitive prices with pleasant informed staff. Only detrimental point,failed to notify me when my special order was ready for collection and had to make the call myself!
However allowing for pressure of business not a cardinal sin!

Within two hours of ordering fence paint, had mixed it and was ready to collect.

Efficient and speedy

The company phoned me to advice that the product I ordered would take a while to order to to supplier issues but we're happy to supply an alternative that they mark down to the same price, which I was happy to accept, and I could collect straight away.

Good service telephone to say they had to get the product from another branch and would be delivered a day later, which was not a problem. Delivery was done by friendly driver, product was as ordered.

I ordered a home delivery. The delivery came from the St Austel branch.The delivery was only slightly delayed.when I called up to make an inquiry as to my delivery. The staff were helpful and friendly. My paint was delivered the next day. They are a lovely branch and I will only be ordering my paint from them in the future

Speedy Service

Ordered and paid then picked up next day. Just had to mix the paint on arrival and ready to go. Very pleased.

I ordered some decorators varnish , and it was available to pick up the next day . I was greeted politely and was able to pick up my order straight away .

It took seven working days and several follow-up phone-calls to finally receive an on-line order that should have taken only two days and was meant to be delivered. During one call, I was told that there would be a reduction in price to compensate - on collection of the paint, I was told there was no such offer.

I placed my order and it came very quickly and was left in a safe place that I had specified.
I was a bit uncertain about a few things before I ordered the paint and I rang and spoke to a lady, who was very helpful and helped me work out how much paint I needed.
